I have a question about delusional confidence/being grounded in "my own movie". I have lately built a good sense of "frame control", and I've gotten laid a few times too. Textbook kinda lays. But there is still a voice in my head that says "it isn't fair be that selfish, to only care about yourself. You have to care about different perspectives". I feel that I can raise my game a few levels if I adopt the "movie frame" concept that Tyler talked about a few videos ago, but the inner chode is still picking on my back for not being conciderate of others opinions of me.

Has anyone else dealt with this kinda problem?

"it isn't fair be that selfish, to only care about yourself. You have to care about different perspectives".

Life isn't fair. You don't have to care about different perspectives, but it's smart to esamine them without buying into it.

Stop judging and second guessing yourself. Just be expressive and keep yourself grounded in reality and in the feeling of your own body instead of your head. This isn't delusional confidence but true confidence.
