That is what I am doing and why I want to attend hotseat. If I have to sign a contract though that would mean I am cutting off that possibility entirely for myself later in life.
Just focus on getting good first, then worry about being a pickup instructor if it still interests you.
The contract says for a couple years or something. Why not just read the fine print?
Lets put it this way, if you don't see hotseat and take a bootcamp you will likely never become a pickup instructor. RSD is the best company with the most experience, most money, and the best programs. The quality doesn't get higher. If you wen't on your own RSD would prob put you out of business if you tried to do a bootcamp model. It's not a very profitable industry. Basically if you really want to be an instructor get an internship with RSD and become an instructor's assistant.
