Going to be in Europe over summer. If I can only make it to one city other than London, where should I go?

I've heard Budapest is good. Any other suggestions?

 I liked Odessa alot as well as Kiev. I'd suggest Odessa in the summer time because the nightlife is killer and it's on the Black Sea. I met a bunch of American/British guys over there that are banging hot Ukrainian chicks who had NO BUSINESS doing so.
