I was wondering if any of you know a good source <blogs / books / etc> on nutrition.
I've been eating semi-paleo for the past couple of months and noticed improvements. But I'd like to go deeper. Everywhere I look I see people talking about eating berries and suppliments in order to get whatever types of stuff the body needs. What I'm saying is I'd like to read more about what kind of vitamins, minerals, nutrients my body needs, why it needs it and where to get it from, and the problems with the 'modern american diet' as you call it. I've seen countless examples of people takling about omega threes, and advice like 'eat this and that and you'll gain superhuman streinght'. It's too vast, I have no friggin idea what omega three means, I'd like to get more educatd in the subject. Thank you.
