There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Its true.  Foundations is super underrated.

In fact I'd say "The free 2 hour audio" is probably the most underrated shit from RSD lol, I still like it better than a lotta Tyler's RSDN homepage shit because its so action-oriented compared to a lotta the newer shit.

Wow yeah I should watch it again. After being in the game for a while and getting moderate consistent success I started working on the basics again and my plateau has been smashed. Eye contact. Tonality. And subtle touch instead of cave man. Like I think it's Alex who says using a lack of physical contact but looking like you can cave man her turns her on.

..anyways. Id say all those points were good but focusing on something simple like that shit has got the bottom of my pyramid covered and keeps me out of my head. I'm just holding eye contact with everyone I see instead of just chicks im gaming. I think it's made it more natural or something instead of holding eye contact with a bit of outcome dependence. I watched a jeffy free tour the other day and tried to emulate his tonality. It made me realize how shitty my voice is. It's not bad but it made me realize how louder it could be and it doesn't have enough gruff in it

Basics work. If you hit a plateau in lifting you drop it 20 pounds and start working your way up. I started doing that with my game and it worked

Isn't good when you have a dilema like this one. I guess it's all about preference. In my opinion they're both good depending on the level that you're at. They're both good tools.
