When doing the vocal exercises, are you supposed to sing as loud as possible?

I started his program about 2 months ago. I had to get my voice handled because I would constantly lose my voice from yelling at clubs/bars. To make it even worse, my job requires I talk most of the day.

What to expect
-If monotone(like I was) you can expect to learn how to bring depth to your voice. This makes it more interesting when people listen to you.
-You won't lose your voice anymore. I do the warm-ups everyday. Sometimes when I fail to breath properly(at the club) my voice will be a bit dead in the morning. After the warm-ups my voice snaps right back to where it should be.

I do them on the way to work every day as they are a bit weird and annoying to other people. Highly recommend. If you don't do the warm-ups every morning you will learn a lot about how your voice works but don't expect huge results. action = results
