I 've been doing a bit of mediation recently, but its mostly 20 minute breathing exercises. I've tried to search for some more stuff but can't really find much. I want some next level shit. Anyone have any recommendations for what they use or links?

I use holosync, it's great. I'm actually using it right now as I type. You don't have to learn difficult breathing techniques and stuff. You just put your headphones on.

 Google search chakra meditation this is the best form of meditation. It makes the nimbus shine and your best self follow through.
