I never understood why no one has ever touched the topic of visualization especially during meditation, this shit IS the magic fuckin pill in EVERYTHING, not just picking up girls

and no I don't mean daydreaming or fantasizing but actual conscious realistic first person visualization, this is covered in the book "psycho-cybernetics" I understand problem is when people do this and just sit around waiting for shit to happen but I find when I visualize during meditation, I CANT HELP BUT TO TAKE ACTION...the stuff you visualize as if it were happening in real life motivates the fuck out of you and you act based on those visualizations

it's actually like creating reference points in your mind...its trippy as hell how your brain works

example...I dont go out for 2 weeks because I'm working on my business but if I visualize me partying, meeting chicks, making money, doing fun shit  and meditate everyday for at least 20-60 mins. during that two weeks, when I finally do go out, I still have that feeling of social momentum, money comes easy, and I'm totally in the "present"...weird as hell but this shit works...the key is to not visualize vaguely or "over the top" but exactly how it would feel in REAL LIFE to do what you're visualizing and by doing that you will then act in according to those visualizations because your mind doesnt know the difference between what real and whats not during these visualization sessions...BUT it does know the difference between fantasies and just daydreaming...you must engage all five senses during this, include the moments of even the little shit you do like "walking to your car , shifting the gears, and turning the radio volume up" dont just visualize OVER THE TOP PIMP SHIT lol and watch how this will improve your life

lmao, I cant lie, visualization seems pretty damn lame to sit there and visualize stuff, but it just works, it has something to do with tapping into your subconscious or something likee that

I spend time visualizing everyday... I don't know if it works but I will tell you that sometimes I can't remember what I've actually done and what I've just visualized before

Yeah I've wondered too, its such a powerful tool. People talking about taking years to get good at this.... I was able to be good right away, mostly because of visualization. If you do it right you're basically creating positive reference experiences, since the brain can't tell the difference. It essentially solves the newbie paradox.

yeah if you do it right, you can even really FEEL certain sensations like youre heart speeding up, your eyes dilating, that little tense feeling in your stomach, etc.

Great question.

Look up Cajun from Lovesystems. Visualizations are the core part of his theory along with body language.

Manwhore is into this shit.

I actually think visualization is a good tool and think it sucks that I only started using it recently.  I think maybe if you don't have a "realistic" view of what stuff looks like, visualization isn't helpful.  I know I used to hear about it way far back, and not sure if I tried to take it seriously or not...

yeah I thought it was bullshit mystical type shit a few years back until I started using it "realistically"  instead of just "pimp, pimp, pimp",  I noticed that it actually can heavily alter perceptions when you do it correctly...and by altering perception, you then act in congruence based on those perceptions...the thing is you have to posses a good social intuition and know how dynamics of relationships work to be able to really visualize realistically and not just "bitch, come suck my dick ho, I'm the fuckin man" type shit
