I attended the Hotseat2 in Munich with Julien.
He made it an awesome event, and I learned a lot.

I didnt take a lot of notes, only a few key words of principles that clicked with me.

1. Unlimited chips
Imagine you go to a casino and have unlimited amount of chips, what game would you play? Less risk poker, or high risk roulette? Doesnt matter, because you have nothing to loose. So try any set.

2. Proof not promises
Powerful concept of how your brain works.
Your state wont change because you "know" how the world works. You need to give your brain proof by taking action that nothing bad is going to happen when you take action.

Jack-off theory
Minimize time between sets when warming up. You want to arrive in state fast, not taking breaks in between that fuck up the process. (Like calling your mom while jacking off)
Sidenote: Dont do it like a chicken with its head cut off. Be congruent to whatever state your in and do the approaches you want to do, instead of rushing around the club to open like a machine gun.

- in set:
Dont fill in the blanks when you are incongruent with that. Say whatever comes to your mind, no filter.
A girl will appreciate congruence. That can mean that you act as an asshole/nice/lying/tired...etc., but shell like you for your authenticity. Dont fake anything youre not feeling.
