Sup guys,
After reading this thread : http://www.rsdnation.com/node/145175

Im quite interested in getting these forms of vitamin B supplements :

-vitamin B6  :  P5P
-vitamin B12   :   Methylcobalamin
-vitamin B9   :   Methylfolate

now theres a whole lot supplement companies and brands on the market, and im trying to order them online because no store in my town has vitamin B in these forms. I feel like the supplement industry isnt much regulated and wanted to know what supplement brands you guys thought were the most reliable.

thanks for the help

wow sounds pretty hardcore :P   lmk how that works out for you if you ever try it. Im probably going to try all these herbs and stuff just for the heck of it.. but when he says it takes like a few months before the effects start kicking in... theres always that thought in the back on my head that says  it takes a few months because when you start doing all these things to take care of yourself you subconciously decide to eat better and get better sleeping habits etc.. and thats probably what gives you that effect :P  but we ll see!

i ordered all stuff needed to shoot it:

syringes 2ml (1 pck, come in packs of 100)
cannulas 0,6mm x 3cm (pack of 100)
cannulas 0,9mm x 4cm (pack of 100) to fill the syringe
Vitamin B12 ampuls (1mg solved in 2ml)
forgot to buy alcohol pads, so i'll run by the pharmacy to get some more when I need em. have some laying around.
in holland this cost me around 25 Euros. Worth it for the experiment. I've never given myself any needle.

Will shoot it into my thigh next week. Wish me strength and luck ;)

Ah, I chose hydroxocobalamine over cyanocobalamine because it supports prolongued span of absoption by some sort of depot in the body.

Personally, when I went through that thread some 4 weeks ago I was intrigued by all the option there are to tweak my diet.

BUT: There was no clear line to which benefits certain things have, and the truth is, research isn't ready to simply tell you what you need and what helps. Especially because your diet is individual and your organs are individual as well.

What for SURE tho, is that green smoothies and eating lots of raw vegetables is making me feel a ton better, mentally physically and emotionally.

My supplemetns are
- (protein powder and creatine(in a cycle that i'll stop in a month) in combination with weight training)
- fish oil pills around 2 or 3 a day at 180epa each
- vitamin D3
- Magnesium if I remember to take it at night
- Zinc when I remember

So no multivitamin pills, I don't believe its a good source for vitamins. some of the vitamins in those are synthesized versions and I just don't trust that shit.

I think some of the stuff would be interesting to try, like lion's mane or even samE or whatever is in the thread. But for serious nutritional value you'll be amazed how much better your body will work when eating well. lots of chicken, fish, once in a while some red meat and TONS OF VEGGIES. Eat more roots like potatoes and cassava than rice. and minimize pasta and stuff made from flour like bread or pizza. You should feel amazing after doing this for just 3 days. Screw the herbs. Rather I train my brain and habits towards focus and concentration. Much more rewarding and helpful until you are 100 years old.
(i have ditched ritalin in the past because it made progress virtually impossible due to mood and energy swings)

Yes I must admit vegetables help a lot. Certain vitamin supplements also help a ton.

I plan on trying all the herbs in that thread when I get a chance and i ll keep you updated if I notice any benefits
