I suggest you check out a book called Sperm Wars by Robin Baker. That book really makes you understand allot of blindspots when it comes to chicks. I love the Science shit.

I mean think about it man.. You ultimately have the authority to dictate Your life.
There are positive extremes and negative extremes to every aspect of life. Those extremes are more prevelant when you begin life changing activities (such as RSD).
Some examples for you dude:
a. Bodybuilders; say your some self conscious chode who just belives that getting jacked will change their whole life. Theres gonna be positive and negative outcomes that can result from this. You get huge and your life becomes everything that you want (not very realistic) OR on the other side you become some egotistical tool bag who thinks he's the shit, but has no inner self worth.
b. Drugs; you may have social anxiety and feel that if you just had some sort of help (drugs, xanax, etc) that you would be able to become the person that you want to be. On the positive this may strongly influence your life for the better OR on the negative you could become a dependent drugie and ruin your life savings on drugs.
At the end of the day, YOU have to be the authority figure in your life and Realize who you are and how your life is playing out. Inner game shit would really help you out with all this btw..
