Had a day2 yesterday. Girl was pretty into it and was letting me feel her up somewhat but she wanted to wait. Guess I fell into the boyfriend frame. Ran into her ex-bf at one of the bars I took her to. He started texting her as soon as we left the bar. She kept responding. At my place she didn't want to go too far but every time he texted her, she'd let me suck her tits or finger her or whatever. She ends up sending him pictures of us half-naked in bed while we're half-naked in bed. She kept saying she wasn't ready but because that asshole kept texting, I was able to smash. She had probably 6 mixed drinks but she was pretty fucking sober, she must drink like a fish.
Anyway, this is like the perfect storm of events that could lead to a girl falsely accusing you of sexual assault. Really, the main reason she had sex was because her ex-bf spiked her BT by texting her. It's very possible the next day she would have regretted it big-time because she clearly wanted to "wait" with me. I anticipated this somewhat by making her text me as soon as I dropped her off while she's still in a good mood and before she has time to change her mind. Once it's on text, it makes any backwards rationalization bullshit look like the horseshit it is.
Anytime you fuck a girl you don't know too well, always make her text you right afterwards or even while you guys are cuddling or something, showing that she had fun with you. Supreme Court Justice Scalia has even said that he believes that if a criminal defendant didn't commit a crime, it's ok if he's locked up as long as he had a "fair" trial. Whether RubySkye committed or a crime or not doesn't matter. He could easily be charged and found guilty based on the girl's testimony alone. People are sent to prison based solely on eyewitness testimony all the fucking time. Innocent people are executed by the state all the fucking time. Seriously, DNA has exonerated so many death row inmates it's ridiculous.
The $500 for a lawyer was probably the best money RubySkye ever spent. Even if you go to court and are found not guilty, how productive do you think he'd be if he had to actually go to trial knowing his freedom hangs in the balance? You think juries always get it right? It's very possible this lawyer sat on his ass and didn't do jack shit. But just the fact that RubySkye lawyerered up probably made the DA think twice about charging him. The lawyer even returned $500 when he didn't have to. And honestly $500 for a lawyer is peanuts. My parents spent 50k (lawyer fees for depositions, etc) defending themselves just to get the case to trial. If the trial had gone through, it would have cost another 50k at least just to get to the verdict. And this was a phone book lawyer, bottom of the barrel type deal. Then again, I'm an attorney so I'm sure I'm biased.

I was thinking about that... then turns out my state has really shitty wording. "Reasonable expecation of privacy" I thought that if its your own bedroom, it is expected that your guest would have "no privacy". I dunno if this is true though.

I'm just thinking, what would be the best course of action to prevent this happening in the future? There must be a way you can systemise your sex life to ensure that you have evidence to prove you are innocent in the case of this ever happening. If you planted a hidden camera in your room and recorded all of your lays, would this be enough to prove your innocence?

50 Cent talked in an interview about planting cameras in his bedroom encase that ever happened, for what it's worth and I'm not exactly how this could be pulled off, but throwing up a sign saying things maybe under surveillance or something in a decorative manor would destroy any legal liability I'd think.
