i need help. i date a couple girls, and most of them want to become bf and gf. what is the protocol if i dont want to!!!?

So im dating a couple of girls, and they often ask me or tell me that we should hook ip and become a nice couple. But i dont want a relationship yet. What are something i can say? I usually say something like " i cant because i love to cheat and wouldnt want to ruin this" sometimes it goes well, other times not so good. What ate things you guys have said before!!?

Be straight up. Tell them you just aren't ready to be in a relationship yet. As long as you are geniune about it the girls will dig it. What I do after this is say "You like me and I like you thats all that matters right now". This is what I do so make it your own.
