To keep the plant fibers...makes you feel full longer.

Question, why are you guys using a blender instead of a juicer for this?

yo, what i've been doing is just juicing a bunch of veggies in my juicer, and mixing the pulp with eggs to make an omlete for breakfast.
would I be getting pretty much the same nutrients?  all those enzymes are in the juice right?

I'm thinking about making a large batch and freezing what i don't need to drink that day.

Will this degrade the nutritional value of the smoothy? (apparently frozen vegies have fewer nutrients in them)

Maybe abit but it will still hold good nutritional values. I dont really believe that freezing will lower the nutritional value, its the canned vs fresh vegies which has a huge difference.

This has been amazing. Feel full throughout the day. I HAVE to force myself to have lunch early, I usually dont get hunger pangs until 2ish in the afternoon. Gas was a problem at the start but now seems to be getting better.

Just made one. Feels healthy to drink, but tbh it's making me feel a little tired. Gonna try it tomorrow and see how it makes me feel.

This happened to me at first, too. Your body is cleaning out the toxins. Be sure you let it blend everything to a liquid.

you mean liquify it after everything is blended? yeah I hit the button for like ten or so seconds, maybe i'll do it longer next time until it's more liquidy, because it was dense drinking it, not thin liquid.

Exactly, don't turn off the blender til the contents are liquidfied. Sometimes I will leave the room cause the sound is annoying and come back in a few minutes.

All into a blender:
Handful of broccoli
2 sticks of Celery
Two handfuls of spinach.
Some ice.

Then I added half a tomato for some zest. It's not horrible at all, tastes like chewed salad. On top of the other shit I might also add something hot like a pepper.
