guys its cool that you're working out! But...... there is no need to post your pictures online and ask other guys to rate them... if you're goal is to pickup girls (let's hope so) then you look fine, don't get too obsessed with your body and focus on what matters.

hehe, become bigger. Its better to have MASCUlINE MASS then to be skinny ripped boy. The obssession with sixpack is faggotry. First hand, have MASS, not sixpack. Your too skinny and trying to much to be Brad Pitt in fight club. Bulk up.

If you have great muscles you will get some things for free. Guys get more respect, girls check you out and a few here and there are obsessed with muscles and will be DTF as long as you can escalate that ass.

And yes, you have better physic then most chodes already so dont panic! Dont let pickup brainwashed idiots tell you that muscles is nothing tho: Confidence, dominance, balls, assertiveness, charisma etc is more important but its better to have muscles then to be fat or skinny. Its a fact. And its good shit to work out in a gym cause then you have another area you grow success in (success-habits can be copied to the world of PU) and you boost your testosteronelevels that also help with attractive behaviours.

haha, oh, ffs. Yes, threadtitle was a bit gay, but these dudes want to improve their physics which is nothing wrong, its part of personal developement and its related to PU in a way.

Every guy on the board calling them gay is not very constructive advice, lol. Its a result of the "looks dont mater"-cult that has gone too far.
