I wear heavy steel toe motercycle boots, thick big metal rings on my fingers, and a leather wrist strap that has hard protruding metal on it, to the club. These are inconspicuous weapons that give me an edge while also looking cool. If some guy tries to start some shit I just "accodentally" give him a quick kick in the shin out of nowhere, which hurts like hell, then I point an laugh. Some times I just "accidentally" stomp on their foot like Bruce Lee" or accidentally trip them. If a dude grabs me I "accidentally" get wrist control, twist his arm, slam his face into the ground, and put my boot on his neck. Sometimes I "accidentally" choke them out until their face turns blue, or "accidentally" knee them in the nuts as hard as I can.
Don't do what I do. I'm 230lbs, muscular and trained in Krav Maga. I'm also a dickhead. I'm just letting you know some things that I do, copy my behavior at your own risk. Lift weights, train in self defense, roll with friends who do the same, and you won't worry about it.. Stay out of shady places where people carry weapons.
I NEVER use force just to stop some dickface from stealing a random girl I'm picking up. I DO use force when some dude tries to put his hands on me, my friends, or my girlfriends.
If some big dude and his buddies are threatening you over a girl, let the girl go. There are tons of girls, and not one of them is worth getting beat up, arrested, or killed over. There is only 1 you and your own wellbeing must be your main concern. If you can diffuse the situation verbally, do that. Only use force if you are attacked, or to protect your people and property.

I like this answer, being able to kick somebody's ass with just sheer force is nice and all but if you've got physical problems like me (brittle bones and arthritis) then you've got to learn other ways to deal with this type of shit.

Oh, yah I forgot to mention, I live in Ohio where you are allowed to conceal firearms inside bars with a permit as long as you don't drink. Never seen anyone pull a gun at a bar in the 8 years of going out almost every night. I have seen people get the shit beat out of them and put in the hospital. Also, I don't hang out in the ghetto where people shoot eachother. You really think some rich preppy faggot from the suburbs is going to risk having his little meaningless life ruined by pulling a fucking gun in a bar? No, he isn't. You have better odds of getting hit by a car on the way to the club. Needless to say, violence is a last resort and you don't go around looking for trouble, but some times you don't have a choice so you better be prepared just incase.
