My main concern is that now everyone will think they're a "master pickup artist" and will be advising me to "neg her then DHV routine bro!"

I doubt Jeff will be played by anyone, he's only mentioned on one page of the book and no one even remembers that bit LOL

I'd wrather see 9 Ball made into a movie. SERIOUSLY 9 Ball is sooooo much better than The Game. If someone wrote a screenplay that mirrored the book to the letter, and was totally raw and kept it as real a Jeff did, dude that would be a fucking masterpiece epic movie on the level of Fight Club, American Psycho, or Troll 2.

Cant hate on it, like many other it was how I found this community...walking by the self improvements section and seeing the game bible looking book..litterally has changed my life in so many ways. Not that book in particualr but the path that it put me on. I dont think this was make much of a difference as to 'exposing' the community or any secret of 'the game'. This is well known in society now esp with the VH1 show. You see references to it in a lot of comedies now adays.

i can't even imagine the hype RSD would get as a side effect of the movie. bad characters, like tyler portrayed in the book, are even more compelling to watch and remember. i think there would be very interesting shift from people's first impression of the character (based on real person) to discovering the current "tyler" headspace and values.
book hype was big. but a movie.. omg
