Daily Routine and other Habits.
Just before I get started Im gonna lay down a few things Ill be doing, and how I will be taking action through my life other than going out.
I have a lazy personality, and I procrastinate a lot. I get bored really quickly of a task I should be doing and either postpone it to do some other trivial stuff (random internet searches) so when Im done with the trivial stuff its too late to do the beneficial stuff I planed to do.
Ive been on this forum for a while now and a lot of things have been thrown about on here that I have dismissed or tried for a bit (some even worked) but not stuck with it.
Things such as meditation, I did meditation for like 5 days, and on the first day I went out after starting it (Started on Monday went out on Friday) I pulled (I had not pulled for a month before this), it was easy I was cool, relaxed and calm. I never kept up with the habit.
Im not sure if these are coincidences or not but I’ve never kept at it to find out if they are or not.
Certain things I will be trying over the next 12 months:
-Meditation,
-Self-Hypnosis,
-EFT,
-No Porn - Non-Masturbation (NB),
-Primal/Paleo Diet,
-Workout routine (loosely based around this www.musclehack.com, but with a few variations I picked up over the years)
-Self-Eye contact (read on the forum the other day something about looking in the mirror and staring yourself in the eye (Self-eye contact) apparently it puts you in the now, and stops you thinking about random crap, improves eye contact, and has similar benefits to meditation of stillness of mind, only have to do it for 1 minute a day, but you can do it every time you go toilet I guess...)
Daily Routine for 2012:
6:30am - Wake up
6:45am - EFT 30 minutes
7:15am - Get ready for work
8:15am - Leave for Work
11pm - Meditate 20 minutes
11:30pm - Self-Hypnosis
Workout Routine for 2012:
For my workout I will be hitting the whole body only 2x a month, so a Full body workout will be spread out over 2 weeks, but each workout day will be really intense so 2 weeks rest would be sufficient enough for the muscle to heal before being hit again.
Workout Routine over 2 weeks:
1st Wednesday - Back & Biceps
1st Sunday - Chest & Triceps
2nd Wednesday - Shoulders & Forearms
2nd Sunday - Legs
And repeat with third and Fourth week.
Books I plan to read in 2012:
Some of these books I will have read already, but I thaught it was a good idea to reread everything again, as I will have a diferent perspective on things.

NYE LR - Fake Boob Girl
We were chilling at a random bar, it wasnt too full a nice amount where you could chill and not have a drink spilled on you, some girl with really nice boobs was sitting on the table next to us, I ask matt. if he thinks theyre real or fake, he says real, the bra is probably helping keep them like that, but agrees that they are awesome.
We briefly hit eyecontact on my way to the toilet as she is coming from that direction. I get back from the toilet and sit down, some dude tells me Im in his friends stool, I say cool I'll get up when his friend comes back. His friend hapens to be big boos, we joke briefly about me stealing her seat so we share it back to back, she moves elsewhere to talk to someone else.
I pass her again on way to toilet randomly, eye contact, she says helo, I say hi, and walk on to the toilet.
A bit after it hits NY, I bump into her face to face, she says hi, I say hi and ask if she has had her first NY kiss, she says no, I make out with her. We joke about the stool some more (random bulshit chitchat small talk), some more makeout, she buys me a drink, we talk about what she does, and what I do (boring Job talk),. At some point Im in the toilet and a guy friend of hers that apaently likes her confronts me, I make friends with him, talk about random sport and shit. Big Boobs pretty much sorts her friends out and makes sure there arent any cockblocks, introduces me to all her friends, etc... We dance, she leaves to go talk to some other guy (her friend), I just keep dancing by myself, no biggie Im good at dancing and dont really care, I know shell be back.
She comes back after a couple minutes. I say, "Lets go for a walk." This has become my standard line lately of lets go fuck. She says ok, I grab my coat. As Im leaving to say bye to the guys, a bunch of random chicks stop me consecutively saying stuff like "Youre leaving?", "Oh no, youre going?", I find it funny. I say by to the guys and that Im going to find out if the boobs are real or fake.
We leave, brief interuption at the front door, girl is Scotish and there is a guy wearing a kilt, Its cool, Im nice to the guy, he gives me a swig of whiskey from his flask, her friends come out, I handle them nicely, we leave. Grab some pizza, a taxi back to her place (she insists) cool with me. In her place we eat pizza and mozarella sticks, done with that. pull her to her bedroom, take off her clothes, condom in jacket pocket, I get up put it on and and procede to bang her, go at it for a while and she wants to stop, gets up goes toilet puts PJs and gets back in bed. Cool whatever ill bang her in the morn, take condom off and put it on bedside table for later use, only one I got and no idea if she has any.

Ive pretty much been lazy for the past year. Yes I can pull a super hottie when I get in the right mindset and hit it up properly, but Ive found myself pretty lazy for most part of the year, my game has improved but not as much as I wanted.
My game is quite rusty most of the time and only gets back to awesome after a couple days hitting it up straight, or if Im really on on a certain night, but most of the time I’ve become slow hitting the trigger, I miss subtle cues from chicks, and all that shizzle.
I partly blame this on the lack of hot girls in London as compared to Miami and Vegas. Due to this motivation has dropped to 10% because I refuse to approach girls that are sub par to my standards (its always been my problem even before the whole PU thing) which makes me rusty when the hot girls approach.
I also made a little bet with a friend (iRay~) to see who can get to 100 girls in 2012 first!
This will be my field reports Journal and I will try to keep this one updated regularly.
*Explaining the title: I pulled my first fake boob chick on NYE, they were amazing boobs couldnt stop playing with then, so Ive decided the only way to bang more fake boob chicks is if I bang more chicks in general 1 in 20s gotta be fake boobed right! lol. I'll wite this field report up on here too.
