The goal for me is to keep evolving towards being the real me. I was expecting it almost to solve my problems but it didn't.. I'm 2weeks in and i notice no changes.
Also the two weeks before i havnt jerked it, only came a few times having sex with my fb.. So you can almost say i'm one month in !
