Only hot club I can think of is Entourage in Kungsträdgården (Kungsträdgårdsgatan 12). Just ask someone how to get there, they'll know.
There's free entrance before 21:00 iirc, and if you sign up http://nattklubbentourage.se/ ("Gästlista") you're supposed to get in free of charge until 23:00, though I've had problems waiting in line and security being slow with the list etc.
That's it though. I'm a poor dude, I can't afford any clubs with entrance fees, but you should check that out.

I’m going to be in Stockholm in January for couple of days with work and I wondered if anyone could recommend a couple of good bars? I’ll be there on Weds/Thurs nights so I’m not sure which places will be buzzing on a midweek evening?
