get her to stand and put her hands on something solid, a counter, or table or something. You know, like youre going to get her doggy style, while shes standing up.
Tell her to keep her hands in place. And have her back up. And back up. And point point out that the farther back she steps with her legs, the lower her ass goes. You might need to have her back up pretty far, shes just like parallel to the floor, supporting herself with her hands on whatever, and spreading her legs quite far , and stepping backward, until you get the angle and heighth right. Bring her down to your level... If she's really tall, and she wants her legs locked (cause its more comfortable then bending knees, actually) you might be standing inside the perimiter with her feet pretty far behind you...
You can teach her the concept like that, then just ask her to step backward and she'll get what you mean, once you show her.
