I like to pump up emotions in the one I want in front of the other girl. It's not necessary for the pickup per se, but when the other chick sees the awesome connexion between me and her girl she stops being so annoying, she doesn't want to be a complete bitch to her friend and she rationalizes "she must like him a lot, I might as well get the fuck out". 

Yesterday I had a girl CBing, it pissed me off a bit, then I assumed I didn't care at all and went back to them. When she saw my girl was into me she calmed down a bit, and when I talked to her like a normal person for a few minutes after that she became way cooler with me. 
Also at one point I asked her bluntly if she was stressed and why. She's gonna verbalize what she is doing, and she is now giving you the opportunity to show her you're not a random drunk asshole hitting on her friend, but a cool normal guy, so she won't be as bitchy.

Also you can ask her where her husband is, if she says she's single, you introduce her to a random chode you met earlier on, if she's not well do the same lol. 

 

No I'm not telling you to game her better, because what I'm talking about here is flash game. Flash game doesn't help you get the girl. BUT it helps you preventing the CB. When I feel the CB is coming, I go straight into flash game, my girl has an awesome reaction, the CB sees that, so she calms the fuck down. 

Also I've had good surprises with "You don't like me / she doesn't like me"

-You point your finger to the CB and say loudly in a detached self amused way : "you, you don't like me..." and add "it's because of <insert weird ridiculous thing here>", like "it's because I'm black" if you're white, "it's because I love dogs", "it's because my mom is Glenn Beck", whatever. 
The fact of being detached when she CBd interrupts her pattern, she starts wondering whether or not you're a drunk retard, or a cool guy. 

-You tell your girl "your friend(s), she/they don't like me", and you self amusing shit around it, "they don't like you either, they hate you, they want to bring you to Ikea and abandon you in the parking just to steal your iphone, they're jealous of your shirt, of the fact that you're talking to a handsome guy, blah blah". If your conspiracy is good, SHE'll introduce you to her friend by saying "he's awesome blah blah blah" so the CB can't be as bitchy as before. 

Also if she takes her away, you can always try "wait wait wait wait 1 sec  <insert random question here>". Your question doesn"t even have to make sense, you can say "do you think that the thi they do da li lu ?", she'll make you repeat yourself, then you introduce yourself and go back to normal chat. When she sees you're cool you ditch her and go back to your girl. 

BASICS:
-Introduce yourself to the friend and chat her
-Introduce yourself PROACTIVELY, do it before the CB is grabbing the girl
-Talk about very mundane stuff will do if you're chill. If you can be funny, it's even better. 
-DON'T show that you're talking to her just to prevent her from CBing. Talk to her like a real human being lol.
