THE FORUMS
Haha, I thought I was the only one where that message resonated really deeply.
Anyways, even though RSD won't tell you this but I really do think TBP:D is outdated at this point. The shit that's taught at Hot Seat now is just so ridiculously potent. It's 3x the value you get out of BP game-wise.
Nutrition-wise, what is your goal? Get ripped or eat health/lose weight?
If it's to eat healthy then definitely pick up The Primal Blueprint. Best shit hands down period. You can visit Mark Sisson's website at: www.marksdailyapple.com
If it's to get ripped there's tons of resources for that. I've been bulking for for past 3 years and I'm about 10 lbs. away from my ideal. I'll leave any suggestions for someone else as I'm not really an expert on this.
And in terms of getting good at pickup, here is the best advice I will give you for someone who's struggled at this for 3 years...
YOU NEED TO GO OUT ALOT. If anyone tells you otherwise, they are full of shit. I have not met one person who is ELITE at game who did not go out constantly for at least a year.
I'm right now trying to get my finances straight so I can move to Vegas for a year and go out every day. If you want to get good FAST and efficently, you have to go out a lot. After you get to a certain level in your game, you can pull it back and start focusing on other areas of your life.

Questions that I have are -- is the blueprint kind of an obsolete piece of material now? As for nutrition, I'm a young person who's basically eaten shit my entire life, and thus, felt like shit for a lot of it, too. Physically, at least, more than I should. Where would I start learning about how to eat healthier? Can someone recommend books or anything to me
Is it possible to get good at this, like really damn good, while also maintaing focus on other passions that i have? I like girls and pickup and whatever, but there are other things in my life that are just as important to me and take a ton of time...it seemed to me like the guys who get good at this are the ones whose singular focus becomes pickup and nothing else. I know Tyler briefly talked about this, but (as I said) I'm a young guy looking to improve a lot of areas of my life, including, but not only pickup. It seems like going out any less than 4 nights a week for like months at a time is useless and not going to help
2. Your gonna have to get some seriously strict standards for yourself in terms of nutrition. At the moment everyone is pedalling paleo diets as the holy grail of nutrition, and while they are good there are alternatives so don't believe the more dogmatic paleo fans. Paleo is essentialy a ketogenic diet that's supposed to emulate how we evolved to eat but much of the "science" backing it up is debatable, if you do decide to go paleo like most guys here just make sure you eat high quality meat. You will get awesome results off it especially in terms of fat loss though, which is why it's popular and I'm not dissing, but here are some resources on training and diet that are awesome
http://www.johnberardi.com/
http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/
books: Arthur Devany stuff
150 healthiest foods
will post more when I find my kindle.
Train with heavy weights also, 4 times a week.. I recommend the 5*5 strength stuff to start off (google it)
3. Yes as long as you go out a fair bit pursuing other areas is gonna be hugely beneficial to your game. The guys who I know who are the best with women (not just pick up) are not in the community. Take what you can from here, it's amazing but use your common sense and integrity. And also your focus is gonna change as you get more results, so you think you wanna be the best in the game now in six months you'll probably just wanna find a quality girl.

Thanks man! What a fun time!
btw I think this video encapsulates the dicotomy between Julien as a "gamer" VS a "speaker" -- the guy looks all awkward on camera, then.......WHOA.
Bare in mind he's also speaking beside two extremely polished speakers. Imagine doing that?! :) Gamewise Julien is better than Jeff and I though, although I push ahead of Julien from time to time and then he'll catch up. I may be ahead of him right now as I've been on a rampage while he's been working a lot. There's things we all do better than one another -- like Jeff has stuff he does way better than both of us and also hit up 50 girls in six months -- so it's hard to compare.
Juliens speaking has been getting better and better. I'm convinced it could be elite level if he stuck at it. I've watched all the guys in RSD evolve as speakers over the years. It's a huge part of our culture similar to battle rapping in the movie "8 Mile" with Eminem.

What's up guys - second that the NYC Free Tour was awesome, and I'm planning to throw up a Hot Seat review / field report after this weekend is through. Just wanted to throw out there that I'm getting back in the game after a pretty long relationship, and I'd love to hook up with whatever NYC crew RSDN has. I'm gonna be going out at least 3-4 times a week , starting with tonight, posting FRs along the way. Shoot me a PM if you're in the city and want to meet up.
With that said, fucking tight seminar yesterday and hope to meet some of you guys at HS tomorrow.

Yep Julien looks like a fuckin faggot up on stage I hate his weiner voice and his gay frenchman mannerisms and the way he flits his hands around like a faggot when he talks
It was an awesome event for those of you who were there, I was glad to be a part of it. Both jeffy and tyler had the audience laughing and I'm sure everyone there got something out of it...I thought it was interesting to hearJulian speak, he still needs to work on his public speaking skills...

How to sext !!
Look at manwhore. The guy is so ugly that I think he's face was on fire and they put out the fire using a baseball bet.
But he has the `energy`.

Get the Manwhore Text Displayer app from Google Play. And learn Text Game
I know what you are.
Say it.
Manwhore.
Are you afraid?
No.
You shouldn’t of said that.
I'm the world's best predator, aren't I? Everything about me invites you in - my voice, my face, even my smell. As if I need any of that! As if you could outrun me. As if you could fight me off.

Haha, thanks for the review man!
Also note the significant difference in speaking between the video that Tyler just posted and my public speaking that you attended yesterday.

As for health, start with marksdailyapple.com. It takes about a year to fully adapt to without struggle so don't beat yourself up, ease into it, it's an extreme shift from the general health community yet the mainstream is shifting more and more towards it every single day.

I go out in SF very weekend, PM me if you go out there also.
I don't know about you guys but I'm super pumped about Julien's speech from yesterday. I think he did an excellent job up there and his responses to some of the ridiculous questions were spot on. Almost like not flinching when a chick gives him a congruence test? :) I unfortunately couldn't go out sarging after the NYC conference because I had to drive back to Washington DC to be at work at 7 AM this morning. I really enjoyed Tyler and Jeffy's speeches but I have to admit, I took the most notes during Julien's part of the conference. I'm stoked to see someone as young as him being able to go out there and kill it alongside these veteran super heroes. It fuels my enthusiasm because his approach to it is quite unique in comparison to both Tyler and Jeffy. I myself am considerably young, being 25, so it's quite relatable to me to hear him talk. It's refreshing to hear the info from someone I've never read about or learned from. Not to mention, I have no idea how long he's been "grooming" to be Tyler's next protege haha as Jeffy had said, but I know for sure he hasn't been doing it as long as they have. Thanks for all the good stuff Julien, what really stuck with me was "Celebrate me with me".

Both jeffy and tyler had the audience laughing and I'm sure everyone there got something out of it...I thought it was interesting to hearJulian speak, especially after tyler came on and told us how he was 'one of the best guys, if not the best guy today' or something to that effect...but he still needs to work on his public speaking skills...that being said, I'm sure it would've been easier if he wasn't getting questions every 6 seconds.

There was also this sort of humbling concept tyler talked about that hit me hard -- the idea that you cant really appreciate ANYTHING when you're young...nature, beautiful women, literature, art, etc... I was curious at to other people's thoughts on this...
Thanks guys
