Almost hit state and then have a state crash and negative thought patterns.
I havent meditated for the past 2 days so random shitty thoughts come into my head and I feel junk. Lame..
I walk the beach choding. Thinking wow you are so faggoty. Alot of analysing stuff. Dumb.
Few more sets, nothing.
Still feel lame, see a girl, not sure if a BF is around so I take a seat about 50 feet away so I can scan the area to figure out if I should open (LOL)

Right now I am thinking about how validation works for females, and I am practicing with holding validation from the girls. Usually I go direct and validate them real quick and then tehy are just like ok whatever boring guy next. Like congruent and direct before I would say they are hot or cute or whatever. But then the girls dont believe that you really like them, which is true, because I just want to bang them.
Was talking to a female friend and she was saying how for her its scary when she knows guys want to have sex with her. So what works is just be cool and happy and giving and whatever take care of them, make them feel safe. (Kind of like how distant light is having epiphanys working the room) And then the girl sees you as higher value, shes willing to follow you into a situation where its just you and her. My friend told me no asking permission just do it. If they are alone with you thats the permission to escalate to sex.

I don't like expending energy to help othera. Selfish me. I want to be more givers gain.

I went to ala moana today met a new lair member. He just wanted to listen to me talk game.
I did 5 sets. Totally stopped a cute girl walking. And she was into me cool.
Actually girls responded well on all 5 I just didn't push it in escalating.
Also opened a tough looking 3 set.

The cool thing about this going out everyday is I get to have random experiences and figure out what works and what doesnt. Kinda fun actually when I think about it.
