I'd say post the whole video and split out into sections.

Long is good. But I think it`s fine to have it uploaded in two pieces. I think you can post the second one as a response to the first one, which makes it pop below the first video so you can`t miss it.
Yeah. Id say do a Part 1 / Part 2 so you can A. upload it faster/easier and B. so you can test the view count and see how many clicks the second vid gets after the first. You can best believe anyone who already likes you will click it. But those people who are just sort of *checking things out* -- you will get to test the difference in view count between vid 1 and 2, too see how engaged they were. Agree with others that said the longer the better though. Anyone who wants to learn from you, wants to learn from you.

Cheers

50 minutes is fine if there's decent content.

But honestly, from a marketing standpoint, have you taken a look at your channel stats compared to simple pickup's?

Seems like people enjoy what they're putting out, even from outside the community.

It's funny cause when I say "it's crazy when I do blah blah..." I'm literally looking at it like it's NOT ME DOING IT.  I see it after and I'm like "Damn I'm not even as cool as this..."  I really get into a zone on certain speaking events where it's like riding a wave and I'm along for the ride with the rest of the audience.  The speech I did for the PUA Summit recently was like that as well -- if I'd recorded that it would have been really popular.

Tyler
This sounds like what Rogan says on his podcast. He says this shit all the time. He goes "I always say, when I'm at my best, my most creative, my funniest -- that I'm more like a passenger than a driver." His idea is that at his best he is up there in a state of surrender, allowing creativity to work through him -- not up there thinking hes the shit, otherwise he will suck. Ill try to find a clip later

P.S. in terms of promotion -- Again I have to mention Rogan. I find so many similarities between you two that I cant help putting you two in the same category. In a different life he could have started a self help company, he certainly offers enough value.. And youre basically a standup comedian anyways.. mixed with practical life advice. Assuming he got along with you and agreed with your stuff (both of which Im sure he would) I could see him promoting your ideas even when youre not around. Said this before but until it happens Ill keep blabbling on about it :)

I suggest to add some videos recorded in a conversation setting.  I mean not just two guys talking at the camera, but they having a conversation between them about a given topic. Something like "Tyler and Jeff discuss life goals", or "brad and Tyler talk about psycho girls", sort of thing.

IOW, something less monologic and more like a dialogue or normal conversation, where you got feedback from someone else. Following the flow of a conversation between two people is sometimes much more interesting than being in the receiving end of a lecture during the duration of the whole thing.

Don't cut it. Maybe write a generall description of content. Eg. From 0-12.3 talk about blah blah. So if people don't wanna see 50 mins they can skip to part of the video that they want to hear about.
