Having up to 0.66 liter of beer a day is better than both not drinking at all and drinking more than that amount.

Properly consumed, alcohol is even good for your health. The healthy dose of alcohol, in the form of beer, is two cans (of 335 cc) a day.
Also,  the liver can process half liter beer per hour, any more than that it can't process and sort toxines as it should,  and that's a problem. Also, optionally, drink water between drinks, to avoid dehidratation.
If you follow these guidelines, you will be able to enjoy alcohol for a long time, without fucking up your liver, and taking advantage of the benefits of beer (mostly related to less heart attacks and less brain strokes).

I also heard cocaine and heroin are good for you.

I'm willing to go to that length because I'm disgusted by the experience I had in my first two decades of life and can't stand other people not having a rope to pull themselves up. Has anyone tried a jucier and lots of vegatables?

There is no WAY you can eat that many in one sitting, and juiced up, they could not possibily be more easily digestible for your body.

Jack3d, that shit is lethal.  The first time I took it I felt like a spartan ready to slash my way through an entire army.
Theres a chemical within the supplement that releases adrenaline aka the fight or flight reflex.

What are people who eat well/are healthy's thoughts on pre workout supplements? I'm guessing they're pretty bad for you but have been trying some lately and it's awesome to get you energized and focused for gym and the energy lasts past evening workouts and into your nights out.
I quit drinking about a month ago, the last time was when I hit up Miami with a couple amigos.
We hit clubs every single night, and the alcohol definitly made me more aggressive and assertive.
I was picking chicks up and slamming them against the wall like I was Hercules.
Problem was I would wake up the next morning feeling like absolute shit, and unable to replicate the same results sober.
Alcohols a crutch, no doubt about it.
I find momentum building a lot more benefitial than getting trashed.  It hardwires reference experiences, and allows you to repeat successes.

Yeah I gotcha on those studies -- I got the "alpha males low cortisol" thing from a documentary called "Stress: The Silent Killer".  I'd really recommend you check this out, you'd like it a lot.

Think of it more just like different "models" to think about it.  Both points (the one in the documentary and the one in the study) are accurate, just different scenarios is all.

True, it helps u be more focused on wtf ur doing, not having your thoughts draging u all over the place.

But alpha-males are NOT the "most relaxed", thats crazy talk haha

Idk about cortisol levels but meditation increases concentration and your frontal lobes ability to perform well under "stress".

Being FOCUSED is one of the highest value u traits you can have

because it says in the wild you'd survive longer than males who weren't paying attention aka dinosaur food.

Yeah that's why I only drink green tea if I'm tired and need an extra boost.  It DOES have L-Theanine however which is a natural relaxant that counter-acts the caffeine, which is why it doesn't make you jittery.  It's extremely healthy to drink every day if you find a decaffeinated version that decaffeinates with a process that doesn't strip away too much of the antioxidants.

(I take the decaffeinated pills for convenience because I travel, drink the regular tea those one or two times a month I want a "boost"....)

Doesn't green tea contain caffeine? Can't drink caffeine since I get nervous and tired.
Also, why green tea and not red for instance? What kind of alkaloids is in it that are good for your energy/focus? (except caffeine).

This is like olympic athelete training for Jedi Mastery. I have been eating a kale, spinache, broccoli, arugula, salad once a day. Maybe ill amp it up b4 I go out. Been reading some articles recently about white tea being a  healthier alternative to green tea. Not sure about the validity but something to think about or look into.
