 Cool man.

I Think you daily schedule is a overkill...

That´s a lot of habits to implement...

I´d focus on implementing 1 habit a month...after doing them for 30 days it gets easier and you implement another one.

A few times i tried implementing like 3-4 habits and i failed.

05:30 shaolin warrior workout

DIET :

1. Daystart : Micro Lemon 5 seconds and squeeze juice into warm water glass + Honey
2. Postworkout Meal. Whole Wheat Bread + Omelete(egg,capsicum,onion,tomato) + Banana. + Antioxidants/Fish
3. Mixed Fruit Meal Mixed Fruits + Lime Juice + Zyloric(uric acid medication)
4. Mixed Fruit Meal Mixed Fruits + Lime Juice + Flaxoil
5. Postworkout Meal Whole Wheat Bread + Omelete(egg,capsicum,onion,tomato) + Banana. + Multivitamin/Fishoil
6. Dayend Meal Oatmeal in milk and Psyllium Husk + Banana + Glucosamine/Probiotic

I don't know what the Shaolin Warrior Workout entails, but it doesn't sound like you're getting enough protein to be doing any kind of workout, or even living a sedentary lifestyle for that matter.

Meal 1 has no protein
Meal 2 has around 7g per egg in your omlet
Meal 3 has none
Meal 4 has none
Meal 5 has around 7g per egg in your omelet
Meal 6 has a few grams in the oatmeal and 1g per fluid oz in the milk

You're not likely to achieve your fitness goals with that meal schedule, unless your goal is to lose a ton of weight including losing muscle.

I'm not telling you what to do, I'm just saying... that's not a very balanced diet.

I was a gym freak last year, ignoring other things and I ordered 1000$ supplements from bodybuilding.com and ended up paying 50.08% custom duty on that shit. haha, that sucked.

anyway, I did a protein overkill.

I was a noob, and was listening to everybody, did my own research and started consuming more than 2.5g protein/lb. I think even pro's don't do that much.

My body got fucked up, my uric acid levels hit the sky.

My body now is 'acidic' and I'm going to 'alkalyze' it. by eating fruits and refraining from too much protein.

My diet is very basic, I'm going to loose all the excess body fat and get shredded, I don't care about losing muscle, my main aim is to be 'healthy' again. So I'm returning to a very natural diet.

Unfortunatley this ain't gonna work out for you as you're doing to much at once, we only have so much will power so taking on to much at once just becomes overwhelming, wake up productive's a good program +  the power of full engagement by tony schwartz..... they talk about creating habits and implementing 1 new habit every month that way it sticks and at the end of a year you'll have 12 new success habits built into you're life.

Day 2 : August 5th.
------------------------

I had slept late, i woke up late, 3 hours later than i was supposed to. then i was paralyzed by thought and action. i was confused about what to do and what not to do.

so anyway. good things today : I did kungfu workout and qi gong workout.
I went out infield much more earlier and had an overall positive experience.

bad : I'm not following my schedule and that sucks. its 12:30 AM now and I still have to work 2 hours, I'll probably get 3 hours of sleep today. that's lame.

but better than yesterday overall.
:)

My schedule as above doesn't allow me to fucking day2 a chick, for the next 28 days.
I had to day2 this one chick today and it has fucked up my whole schedule.

that's sad.
so If I wann get laid, I have a 2hours 45minute period, in which I go from open to close. Also, I'm not going to day2 chicks the time I've designated myself to go infield/sarge/approach because I don't want to waste my time and I want to get the fundamentals of approaching down.

Also, I'm living with my parents so I don't have a place to pull, neither do I have  car.
So I'll be focusing on chicks who maybe have a car, and a place, and I'll screen for this shit while I'm interacting with them.

So the next 28 days will be only approaching and no day2's, so maybe I have some numbers at the end of this 30 days who I can hook up with later, next month when I have a job, and a seduction location as a result of that(I'll move out).

so, back to work now.

99% of bodybuliding supplements are worthless, especially for noobs.

Just eat enough good food and you don't need supps.

If you're just lifting weights to be healthy, 0.7-1g of protein per pound of bodyweight per day is fine.  Some days you get less, some days more, who cares.  If you weigh 150 pounds, 105-150g per day is fine for general fitness.  But right now, you're barely getting 20.  You will atrophy.  I don't care about whether you're acidic or alkaline or whatever.

But as far as all the other bodybuilding supps/hype, you don't need them.  Most people don't.  And of the ones people may actually have a need for under specific circumstances, many of the brands are low quality and use shitty filler ingredients anyway.  The supp industry is 99% hype and 1% science.

Strongmen back in the day didn't have any of that crap available.  They didn't use nitric oxide or any of that garbage, there was no creatine (which is useful in certain applications), there were no protein shakes or MRPs or any of these rediculous pre-workout formulas to get you all pumped up, yet these guys were strong has heck and many had great physiques, too.

Lucky for you, you can fix your protein deficit naturally by adding some fish or chicken to your diet.  It's healthier than beef, but beef is fine if you eat beef.

Protein is important for brain function, too.

I'm not telling you what to do or anything.  I'm just saying that 20g of protein per day is not enough, even for a sedentary individual.  And someone who is actively working out needs even more.  Not ridiculous bodybuilder dosages, but good normal healthy dosages.
