I find that jerking it once a week keeps me pretty horny. If I ever feel like the hornyness is fading ill do it again(usually after 4 days) keeps me in a constant state of wanting some.

Brocolli has been making me have the biggest morning wood. 

Downward pressure against high T is excess estrogen, and brocolli clears that.

make them organic as the pesticides, herbecides and other environmental pollutants will cause havoc to your T, worse, give you ED.

 Consistent exercise + clean diet w/lots of dark green vegetables is definitely the first thing to get in order.  

Getting into supplements without that foundation is like trying to build a house 'roof first' as they say.
