Fortunely, with the lifestyle and high quality diet I've implemented when I was in my teens, I don't have to worry about this problem. I've figured back then that the best way not to deal with this is by aggressively preventing it rather than dealing with it when it comes.
You need to find out if your problem is erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, psychological problem, or sexual issues or all of these.
If you have ED, see your doctor and find our your options. Including Viagra. Then immediately look at our lifestyle and make some modification.
i) Stop eating grains and soy.
ii) Stop eating faux-meat / conventional meat / regular store meats. They give you erectile dysfunction. (ED) They are fed with grains & soy and are loaded with hormones, antibiotics.
iii) Use stress management solutions if you got some deep worries in your life.
See your hormone specialist for your T count. If you have low T, try the following
(all the 3 tips above + the following...)
iv) Add these to your diet: REAL meats (certified organic, grass-fed, pasteured, free-range, free-roam) You can get these from WholeFoods, organic meat stores and local ranchers that sell high quality meat. Focus on red meats, steaks, venison, bacon.
v) Also eat more oysters, banana, almonds, broccoli, cabbage. The last two are estrogen inhibitors.
vi) Do high / extreme intensity workout, some cardios. Join muscle building & paleo forums to get proper help on this.
vii) Take zinc supp. Also Ortho-core multi, broccs and garlique. Olive oil, high quality saturated fat (bacon, bacon greese, virgin coconut oil).
viii) Lose weight. You should have no abdominal fat. Hugeee trouble for men.
ix) Eliminate sugar garbage from your diet. (brains, rice, pastas, baked goods) You want your dick back right? Then put down the donut and grab a steak and a bowl of salad.
If its a psychological issue...
x) See a therapist
xi) Try Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
xii) It wouldn't hurt to do some meditation and yoga.
If its a sexual issue...
xiii) See a sex therapist immediately if you have this problem.
xiv) Try seeing other girls and note the difference with your experience. Although said as a jest, Chris Rock has a point and I can back up with science. "New pussy always clears your mind".
xv) Go easy on the booze.
xvi) Drink coffee but only moderately. No dairy or use low-fat / full-fat organic dairy. (Note that dairy in the long term can cause ED) There are opposing views on this issue. I personally lean towards NOT drinking coffee but others report a different result.
xvii) No heavy meals. Practice the eat only when you're hungry. (See Paleo tips for that)
xviii) In additional to all the other tips above, take care of your body and condition it for sex performance. Do the following stretches runners stretch, calf stretch, butterfly strech, hip strech, back stretch, shoulder stretch. Get a full night rest / sleep. (8hrs+), and no smoking.
xix) Ask your hormone specialist / doctor if T / HCG Replacement Therapy is right for you. (Get your igf-1 levels too btw)
xx) If you are able, see Johns Hopkins, Mayo or Mount Sinai doctors/specialist and get referral for anti-aging doctors / rejuvenation therapists. (I can't share mine.)

A couple of posts made here suggesting not to jerk off as the solution. The problem of course is that scientific evidence doesn't favor that. It is an old wives' tale that masturbation decreases testosterone. In fact, the opposite appears to be the case.

Today I was very tired and couldn't get a solid erection again after the first ejaculation. Like I burst all my sperm and all my energy in one ejaculation and there was nothing left. I know it can be kind of psychological but I wonder how to fix it.
