Really interesting concepts talked about and i learnt a thing or to which I'm going to implement, such as using less of a full range of motion to maximise the weight i'm shifting!

Just don´t do that on squats or you´re going to injure your knees.

On bench press this can be beneficial to your shoulders.

The difference between the leg press and the squat was my favorite part of the video. The anatomy stuff is killer too...

There was also an even better video on high intensity training.

Only watched the high intensity training vid.  Did anyone catch how many sets he is recommending.  I know he is saying as far as reps it is variable depending on the person (7-12 reps) but I missed how many sets.

Having some trouble coming up with a good workout plan after reading about 5x5s, then 4hour body, and now this vid.  Ive been lifting for a while now but kinda been hovering at the same weight and strength for a while now.  Id like to put on 10-20 lbs of muscle mass.... anyone have any recommendations??

Im almost half way thorugh this bulking phase program        http://www.bodybuilding.com/guides/male-20to39-muscle-building/intro      great results so far.  Diet is the key, you have to eat to grow.

@gotagrip: In the video he explains that if youre lifting 50kg 1 rep 4 sets you are working out just as hard as if you lift 25kg 4 reps 2 sets... he then goes on to say that some people build muscle better through more repititions because of having more fast twitch muscle fibres and vice versa. Hope this helps.

Drew Baye advises one, ultra intense, but safe, set to failure in about 70 seconds or less.
