New bartending thread
Yo man I'm taking a bartending certificate as we speak and will be done midway in June. Work is already secured so once it's up and running I'll let you know how it goes!

so i have been a bit slack with this blog, mainly because my laptop is busted, and internet is pricey in the uk. but also, to be honest i havnt had that much to say. and it seemed pointless to post for the sake of posting.
then last night was like BOOM...
so here i am
so i started work, and generally chit chatted with the customers, trasing girls, high fiving guys, getting tips and looking like the shit in my bar.
I will skip to the important bits. I was hvinga particularly fun night, i am soon leaving this place of work to hit a bigger city, london-copenhagen or amsterdam. i'll decide when i go, so i will have more gaming...oppurunities.
so witht he knowledge that i was soon leaving, and that it didnt really matter if i got sacked or not, i started going full deluxe.
i will give an example of 1 interaction that will summarise the general vibe of the night
me: you whats up cracker, i'm sam, and i will be your bartender today
girl: ahhhh hi sam, im blah
me: youre very cute blah, give me miss and i might serve you
girl: is that how it works here?
me: *lean over counter* kiss (not makeout) 'okay i can serve you'
girl: ill have a mojito (fucking typical)
me: *make a drink w/ bit of flairing* (when i flair, i will often chuck in ridicualous moves, or fuck up moves on purpose, i have relised a lot of flair bartenders take themselves way to seriously, and it looks a bit weird). so i jsut have fun with it, pump the customers up
serve drink and crack on to the next customer
now the dynamic that is being set here. is that you
@have fun, enjoy the moment and interaction witht hat custoer. HOWEVER, you are working, you enjoy your work, and are not putting too much emphasis on the girls presence. the frame is 'i have fun, and while we are talking i will have fun with you, but i have fun with everyone, so if you are a douche, i dont care.
@ i never give free drinks to girls who expect it,puppy dog eye or ask for it. if a girl walks off without paying, i will track her down.i have had a mixed experience with giving girls the odd free drink, but generally they will take it and BAM you are out of their RAS. so i dont d it anymore
@if it is busy, try not to fuck around to much with the flirting, no one likes a shit bartender...and if you are shit, you will hear about it.
@ its a about planting little seeds, throughout breif interactions throughout the night. if you do it right, the chick with wait to get served by you. just keep stepping it up, ecalating as you drift into the twilight zone

okay so at this time, i will ahve a few leads, quite a lot atually IN FACT...probaby more than anyone elsein the club....
but what i dont have, is the freedom to just mill around and talk to them..
so for the meantime my suggestion is, work faster. and try and get it so that you are not serving anyone, and can go glass collect...
GLASS COLLECTING IS KEY AT THIS POINT...
then you just go ot, and beast s per usual, get numbers, get on a promise (a promise is whe a girl waits around for you outside) pr whatever it is...
i have found that gaming up female bar staff is also a great way to pump state..whether you act on it of ot, but the flirting is a great state booster which can carry you throughout

Nice one, man. I `m looking forward to more of these stories. I have lots of bartender friends and it`s something I want to do a bit of myself. Get some ecosystem action going.
I do a lot of street approaches on mega fine girls, but it`s hard to get meetups with a lot of them, so I want to keep doing my street approaches but rather than trying to set up a meetup just invite them to my bar. I`Ve done this with bartender friends who are chodes, done street approaches together, and as soon as the girls hear the dude is a bartender they start looking at him as the source of value and focusing on him more than me. Pretty funny.
Game+ ecosystem = awesome times

"Promises" wtf?
I don't know how long your bar cleanup usually takes, or whether or not you're in a position to allow it yourself, but I'm much more fond of having the girls STAY after close, sit at the bar, shoot the shit with me and my coworkers while I fly through my cleanup, and then we bounce to go to an "afterparty." They think it's cool, they get to hang with the staff afterhours while everyone else has been forced to leave, and (depending on your situation) you can feed them a little alcohol. I always just say that the drinks I'm giving them are 'wastage', they're gonna get dumped anyways, so I don't get that "dancing monkey do shit for me" attitude. And then I jokingly berate them for drinking the scraps like little shameless party fiends ;-)
Where do you want these girls, hanging out with you or waiting outside in the cold? Girly 'state drop' much?

I have decided to leave my current work bar and hit london. i want to be in a city, not a small town. i want to have a million girls to bang and to build up a real abundance mindset. so i hope there will be more great stories to come, in a couple of weeks..
