You don't need to follow any plan to lose a shitton of weight when you are obese. It is when you start getting in reasonable shape then it becomes hard as fuck to grind off another pound. Right now, all you need is to find your daily maintenenance calorie level, and eat -700 cals. Eat 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% unsaturated fats. Eat it in 5-6 meals throughout day. No processed foods. Take a multivitamin. Do a simple workout plan with both cardio and heavy, compound exercise lifting.

Don't need to spend a shitton on top of the line organic meat or supplements. Eggwhites, tuna, chicken breast, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, celery (which also seems to jack up your pheremone production), carrots = awesome. Now, Primal may be great. IDK I havent personally tried it. But as long as you are eating these foods or similarly nutritious foods in the correct quantities, you should be dropping 2 lbs per week, which is the max that you really should be doing.

 What is going on with this crazy diet stuff everyone is on? If you need to supplement your diet with somethig, there is something wrong with it. The whole concept of diet implies that you keep it untill you get the desired resualts and then stop it which brings you back to the "grande" that you were. If you really want to loose weight man, you have to change your life style. Eat at specific times and avoid processed stuff. Eat plenty of vegies, drink water and eat your meat and grains. There is nothing wrong with any of that stuff. You body was designed to digest protien, fats and carbs. If it wasn't designed to do that, you wouldn't have biochemical pathways for it.

I am a 3rd year kinisiology student. I study human performance. Half of my courses are in nutrition and the other half in training science. I am not talking out of my ass when I say that all of these modern hyped diets are garbage. These diets are why people get fat in the first place. You need a constant eating pattern that is proper. Healthy eating and eating for performance-your body doing better- is different from eating for aesthetics. I used to be an amature bodybuilder until I herniated my back last year and I also used to play waterpolo. I was fit when I played waterpolo, I looked good when I did bodybuidling. However, looking good didn't mean that I was fit or healthy in any way. I was constantly sick because of the strain that I put on my body due to dieting to drop the extra weight. If you want six pack and low body fat, you need to go on a high protien and low carb diet. This will help your body fat to drop really low. The downside is that your life is going to be misreable, your thinking will be affected and you won't have energy for shit.

I am a fan of practical stuff. Get a notebook and write down everythign that you eat for a couple of days in it. Then look at the food your eating, everything that comes out of a box is a no no. You follow this alone and it will help you drop at least 10 pounds on its own. Follow up with a constant eating schedual and you should loose the weight in no time. If your really planing on loosing weight, I recomend you to watch the video below. The approach in this video is the most practical approach to loosing weight and looking good.

I am in machine mode:  5-6 meals a day, eating equal protein every meal- lots of chicken and lean meats, green vegetables, and whole grain carbs.  I eat about 1-1.5 g of protein per body lb I weigh.  Lots of egg whites, meals every 2-3 hours and tons of energy in and out of the gym....leannnn and ripped

For you, lower the carbs as the day goes on and finish with no/low carbs for you last couple of meals.  Remember, you NEED carbs for energy.  You NEED to workout as well.  You will have instant gratification from running and high rep weight training as the beginning weight goes up pretty quickly.  Some girl I used to hook up with is a nutritionist:  annieorganic.com- I think she has some free info posted.

Oxy Elite Pro is a great diet supplement that jolts the fuck out of you as well- gnc and vitamin shoppe- my friend lost weight on it...if you don't DIET and EXERCISE consistently nothing will happen.

A car thay was designed to run on petrol can also run on diesel, but it will break down twice as fast and will cease to work eventually.

A dog, lion, cat and other meat eating animals can eat and process grass, they do this for medicinal purpouses, but they cannot solely survive on grass, they will die wiyhout meat.

Just like humans can eat and process grains, but they get bloated, get diabetes, and other diseases and die early. Grains are bot natural, and they can not be found in the wild without human cultivation. Grains in their raw form cannot be eaten without being processed in some
way first, while meat, fat vegetables fruits can. Humsns can process carbs, but small amounts derived from veggies and fruits not grains.

What are grains?

Well they are a energy source that was cultivated peoplr to feed the masses in large cities, because when people started settling in cities there was not enough meat to go round, but grains can ne grown in no time...

Also the word diet does not only refer to the common meaning of a fad you use till upu get yo what u want sbd go back to your previous routine.

It also means, the normal suplementation of good for a particular snimal ie: the bears diet cinsists of fish, berries, small mamals. It does not mean the bear is trying to loose weight.

The primal blieprint diet is a reference to a lifestyle of eatingvabd not a faf u pick up, its something you keep doing for good, as its a very natural diet.

You do not need carbs for energy, the humdn body runs just fine on fat for energy, its more sustainable burns slower which mesns your energu levels stay at a constant. You do not getthe sugar High and then the low after eating fats like you do with carbs as carbs are converyed to sugar and fats are not.

Funny thing is, carbs turn to sugar in your body, if the sugar is not butned off quick enough it turbs to fat, the problem jere is you cannot burn the fat on your body uf you keep eating carbs that get turned into sugar, your body can only burn one energy source at a time. To burn the fat on your bodu you must stop eating carbs, thus making your body switch energy sources to fat.

 First off, your concerns about meat are bullshit. You lose weight by burning more calories than you eat, which means you better cut down on junk food, excessively sized portions, and start exercising. Once you start doing that, stick to it.
