The progress you make is always in the Burn.  When you lift weights, all that lifting comes down to how hard you push yourself when your muscles are on fire: That is the time when the true progress is made.  This is true of everything.  The basic question being: can you bring it? Will you hesitate, put it off -or push through it?  Approach Anxiety? Good, feel the burn: enjoy it! Its a rush much like a roller coaster or sky-diving.

There are 2 types of people in the world: Winners and Losers.  Winners Get It Done, losers don’t.  That's it: Adapt or Die = the most important rule of Evolution.  Its not the biggest, fastest, strongest, wealthiest per se: You either have what it takes to adapt or not.  I know plenty of men who SHOULD be good with women: they aren't.  No natural advantage is gonna be sufficient on its own, because the battle is won within yourself.

To achieve your goals, whatever they are, it's always going to be the same journey, the same game.  Do you really want it or do you just wanna do enough to be comfortable and fit in?  To achieve mastery or even a high level competence you need to have a hunger, a fire, a passion that burns hotter then any pain you could get from a weight machine or a HB 10.  Its not that you can numb yourself from the pain, its that not doing it hurts more.

This is what I think it truly means to be a Alpha Male.  As far as i can see, the traits of an Alpha are not of someone who is tactically superior, smarter, has better body language, or exerts domineering authority socially; they are of someone who despite all obstacles: gets it done.  Bravery is what separates the men from the boys, and the only technique or theory that'll help you develop this is to 'feel the burn.'  If you really want results you're gonna have to do all the uncomfortable, scary, painful things that make you want to run.  That's just the way it is.

What do you think?

Nice motivator - To me an Alpha is someone who takes responsibilty for himself and his life - if it's to be it's up to me - Bitches moan and bitch about it - never getting shit done.

 Yeah this is nice.

Like the satisfaction you feel after approaching a really hot girl when you
were intimiated, scared and had extreme anxiety. You come out on the
other side knowing that you can do it. And that all your fears were
irrational and mind made ie putting her up on pedastal when in fact
she's just a normal girl.

Currently for me, its studying hard for something that im no so interested
in but knowing the consequences down the line and understanding
what ill get out of it is much greater than what ill loose if I dont study hard.

Just taking action in general really. Stability is in growth. Keep moving
forward. Dont stagnate.

Ozzie's latest article, from what I remember mentioned something about
this.

I think you're right. But i also know that there are people with different core programs.

Some like me are "Internally reference based". And it's much easier to be brave that way. I really love lifting weights and don't give up easily.
On the contrary - my bro's always been "Externally reference based". He's not a big fan of strength training and often gets pissed from not achieving results.
So to say this as a generalisation is not really useful for everybody i think.
(If you really want to learn about these things you can find Jerry Stocking's seminars (or PM me for information).)

I like this.

Reminds me of a quote from think and grow rich:

quitters never win, and winners never quit.

Great, I think its important to say that this is what separates the Men from the boys, because children want a magic pill, instant gratification or someone else to do it for them; Men get it themselves.  Many guys don't feel they deserve that beautiful girl they fantasize about; but if you put in the work, grow & adapt: No one could deserve it more.

Completely agree. While I'm not good at picking up girls yet or gettnig laid like crazy, I did go from barely being able to bench the bar, to having around a 340 bench with very strict form. I hardly made any progress in the gym until I stopped worrying (or even caring) about day to day, week to week results, and just starting hitting the gym, giving my all. After a few years all those tiny day to day improvements added up.
