Tyler and I have decided that we wanted to create a way that people who are interested in Real Social Dynamics could stay involved with RSD on a regular basis throughout the year, meeting with peers that are excited about RSD as a mastermind group and a brotherhood; however, it would be an organization that was not built just for pickup purposes rather it would be about just pure raw awesomeness ... a way to help each other just optimize their own lifestyles. Thus, RSD Inner Circle is a global fraternity dedicated to help you develop an amazing social circle around the world, and, most importantly locally in your hometown.
RSD has always differentiated itself by making it about identity level change and self actualization in addition to dating and how to pickup girls. We called our company Real Social Dynamics instead "seduction dynamics' because we are about developing the real world experiences that can help every aspect of your life via amazing social experiences and providing the intelligence necessary to help you accomplish your goals.
So, as an individual who has found being a part of multiple mastermind groups, fraternities, and organizations that have helped me really enhance my social circles and lifestyle, the concept of RSD Inner Circle was born.
The idea is that RSD Inner Circle would help members of RSD Nation join a local chapter in their hometown and be able to find people to help inspire, encourage, and help them achieve their goals ... getting them involved with an organization where they would be offered regular oppotunities to learn about new things or participate in activities that they would never have considered before (because it expands yourself as a person and it gives you the ability to also enhance yours skills as a conversationalist - making you more intelligent/cultured - and helping you find new passions), like ...
... doing a tasting at a restaurant with renowned chef and learning about the history of foods and cultures (maybe with wine pairings).
... throwing house parties or after-parties after a venue with a live DJ.
... organizing local philanthropy and non-profit support as volunteers to support non-profit organizations in making a difference in the world to support great causes.
... setting up outings or executive retreats (RSD sets up ski trips, adventures out of town to do cool things like the RSD World Summit).
... getting people access to the hottest events and knowing the great stuff that is going on in one's city.
... sharing cool new technology or insights (like hot new bars and restaurants or new tools to help optimize you life like new iphone or BB apps).
... organizing opportunities for active RSD Inner Circle members to volunteer or take part in RSD Live programs (like RSD World Summmit, Hot Seat, Workshops, Bootcamps, etc.)
... introduce opportunities to learn the skills you've learned from RSD to enhance all aspects of your life (health seminars, business seminars, and other local programs from various organizations that members are attending - and sharing their participation and inviting other RSD Inner Circle chapter members to join).
... participating in informative seminars that are fun and cool (ie History of Beer, Wines of the World, Texas Hold'em Poker, and other fun activities).
... create double date scenarios so RSD Inner Circle members can do double dates and meet more girls.
... help each other have regular friends that they could have as wingmen (so common do I hear students complain that they don't have wingmen to go out with)
... and also attend RSD events on a regular basis.
One of the challeneges that RSD has met over the years prior to creating our RSD Inner Circle chapter here is that so many people stop their involvement with RSD after 1 year and they stop the learning process. I did a workshop in this city and I was surprised that out of the students in the audience, there was only 10-20% of people that were at any previous RSD live program. That should not be the case. There is so much more to learn and I want to maximize their continual participation by having something to help facilitate this.
I'd like to see RSD Inner Circle also be a place that can help the local RSD Nation network grow. Everyone involved with RSD Inner Circle is responsible for helping to accomplish this mission. So often I hear from people that love RSD that they cannot get their friends interested in RSD because they think that studying picking up girls is beneath them and that they do well enough. Thus, I wanted to be enable RSD Nation members to counter-act such things by creating an organization that they would still want to be a part of because it wasn't a pickup artist only organization, but just an awesome fraternity and social organization.
In fact, I want to see that this organization is so much a "social organization", that there people should invite guys AND girls to events. The only way an organization is cool is if there are girls involved and it'd even be cool (in fact, it'd be great) if there was a lot of female members. Now, when I throw parties, the only way a party is great is if there are more girls than guys attending the event. So that is how you create events that attract your friends to participate and thus, this is also the way to create parties and outings that are cool as well. If you don't do this, then any after-party or event can easily turn into a cockfarm so invite girls out (all of them) on a regular basis to any activity that RSD Inner Circle does.
This chapter should also make sure that there is a culture where noone is better than anyone else. Everyone has the same status and anyone in the organization should be treated as a peer on the same level. Nobody is a guru or an authority. However, a Board has been created to assist in the management by volunteers that are dedicated to helping this organization succeed. The Board is a group of members of RSD Inner Circle that will help put in financial and time resources to help themselves develop as individuals using RSD Inner Circle as a tool and anyone can join this Board.
Positions available on the Board include: (each Board is responsible for electing and/or appointing people to the following positions)
-President: Runs the chapter
- Vice President: Runs the chapter with the President
- Secretary: Takes meeting minutes at the monthly meeting of each month
- Philanthropy Chair: Organizes local charity work
- Treasurer: Manages RSD Inner Circle funds for local events as needed
- Social Chairs: Creates social activities on a regular basis
- Membership Chair: Recruits Board members and members into the local chapter
- Local Forum Moderator: Removes flames and sticky posts events and important items
- Outings Chair: Organizes cross-chapter events or out-of-town trips
Each position can have redundancy in case a Board member goes inactive and needs to be replaced and the roles can be defined by each chapter. However, Board members are each recommended to post and reply to at least 1-5 threads on the local forum each week. If you'd like to reach the Board or join the Board, then emai me at rsdinnercircle@realsocialdynamics.com or by contacting the group's management at the Board Email, which has been conveniently setup for each city's chapter. Its members love RSD and want to help you get involved and if you want to assist them with their goals, then please do so. It is recommended that each chapter attempt to have 8-12 Board members, but it can have any number preferred.
During the meeting, I talked about how I am involved with several other mastermind groups and how they are run. Some of the things that I'd like to mention about this is that anyone who joins the Board is required to make a commitment to invest a large amount of time to meet on a regular basis. I've found that a Board makes a plan to meet at a regular time every month and everyone is very busy so if people are late to 4 meetings in a year or miss 2 monthly meetings, then that person is removed from the Board and has to voted back in (in fact, in my Board of Advisors meetings, we are fined $100 for every late or missed meeting - in Inner Circle, I believe that guy needs to instead pay for a round of drinks).
Also, one of the successes of a Board for Inner Circle (and a failure of previous mastermind groups that I've seen) is that there must be a complete full disclosure of potential conflicts of interest. If a RSD Inner Circle member has a conflict of interest, it must be revealed to the Board via email or to rsdinnercircle@realsocialdynamics.com.
For those of you that do not understand what I mean by conflict of interest, I mean that if you are promoting a certain product or service (ie a nightclub), you must reveal if you work for that nightclub and are getting a commission for bringing people. Also, a conflict of interest would be anyone who is trying to sell a competitive dating program to RSD (or an external lair/dating forums), which is prohibited on not just RSD Inner Circle, but it is not allowed anyone on RSD Nation since if such actions were allowed, it would leave RSD Nation open for a massive spam attack (especially since RSD Nation is the largest web portal dedicated to this topic online as of today).
I have also found that social organizations such as RSD Inner Circle get momentum and traction by being free events, but I believe that the RSD Inner Circle local chapter may want to create a non-profit bank account right away in the event that they start charging chapter dues because if RSD Inner Circle Board needs to buys supplies for a house party or if they collect money at the door, the proceeds should be deposited into the local RSD Inner Circle chapter checking account. This is a non-profit organization and the usage of funds allocated to RSD Inner Circle should be used solely for the purpose of optimizing the experiences of its members.
I've found that you can get organizations to provide free venues, alcohol, and supplies for events by fundraising for charity or donating time to charitable organizations, and helping the community and the world to be more awesome. I find that this is a good thing for anyone to be a part of. By helping others out, you also change something inside of yourself that helps you be better at becoming interdependent, and so you are helping them while helping yourself.
RSD Inner Circle is a program that has the REAL SOCIAL DYNAMICS stamp of approval and full support and, thus, since its name is associated with this organization, there should not be any particular religious or political affiliation because RSD is accepting of all beliefs.
New ideas should be continually shared with the Board. For some people, they may not want to be involved as much as they can be because being a part of this organization is not for everyone. It requires a significant financial investment and time investment to take part in each of these activities listed above. However, if people are not willing to invest in themselves, then they should not be a part of this organization because we are an exclusive bunch even though we will allow anyone to join if they are really committed.
Although RSD Inner Circle is presently a free organization, the Board may require dues among itself to help create a social fund (and this his highly recommended so that the Treasurer at least has some money - $100 or something like this) and also there may be a small fee to cover venue rentals $5-50 for parties or get-togethers depending on how large the setup. However, such dues will be used only for the purpose of optimizing particular events and experiences. The Board is also encouraged to organize opportunities for those committed and active members of the Board to create their own Retreats and learning experiences (maybe to even share presentations with each other).
A constitution for the Board is being drafted and an agenda will created so that the organization is run smoothly and tightly to maintain success because this guides the RSD Inner Circle chapter and it will be a model for more cities in the future if it is successful. Tyler has agreed to have us create RSD Inner Circle chapters in cities around the world if each RSD Inner Circle is successful. This would allow this local Chapter to even create multi-chapter get-togethers and allow RSD Nation members to hangout with others from any city in which they visit by checking out the list of events on the RSD Inner Circle forum of each city's chapter.
Help us make this organization a success and if you need anything from me or if you want RSD to bring in speakers for more events more often, email me at rsdinnercircle@realsocialdynamics.com. I travel to each city that has a RSD Inner Circle chapter at least once or twice each year as part of my 250 city/100 country world tour that has lasted 3 years as of this announcement. I'd like to come back to your city and see the audience in my RSD Free Tour workshops grow every time I come to this city. Maybe even get to the point one day, when there are several hundred people in attendance. We see this in multiple cities, where there is a strong local presence.
So I hope that as founding members and active members or visitors to your hometown for RSD Inner Circle events, you all find this organization an awesome resource. You can get involved with RSD as deeply as you want to. It requires a significant investment in yourself to be a part of this organization and I hope that you choose to get your friends involved as well. You may email your local RSD Inner Circle Board at amsterdam@realsocialdynamics.com (which is the email address that all Board members must use to contact each other because the people that are on the Board continually change and only by emailing this email address are you able to contact everyone at the same time).
