Emergency room doctor..

Says saturated fat is healthy.
Says working out once or twice a week (intensely) is best.
Says "cardio" is a slang term, and doesn't exist the way we think it does.
Fully backs Mark Sisson primal/paleo diet.

i swear one of these days im going to change my excercise routine to hte 2 times a week intense routine. ive read an aweful lot about it and am convinced it works. ive given it a try for a few weeks and the test boost was insane! did my own routine though.

can anyone lay out a routine?

is HIIT recommended? i love doing it and still have a little fat to lose.

Have watched 40 mins in, to be honest I was positively surprised. And yea, the evolutionary biology part related to pickup in the beginning was arguable, but the talk wasn't really about pick up so it doesn't concern me.

Reminds me of some of the mistakes I've made. Like going out running a day or two after having killed my legs. (Thinking it doesn't matter).

Also, everything he's said seems to be used in max-ot.
