I toured to China recently. It was my first trip there, and things seem to be massively different from what I am used to in Western countries.
Among others, I had to deal with massive cock-blocks (even from random guys, not related to the girl I was talking to).
It happened all the time, regardless of venue, girl, or congruence/incongruence.
At first I gave in and left the place, later I tried to ignore them, but that turned out to be also not a good of an idea
(some even came back with their not so amused "friends").
As I am a peaceful guy, not keen on any fightings/brawls and not familiar with any fancy martial arts stuff,
I recommend any advice on how to deal with those persistent blockers
