"So 8:00 then?" Or whatever time you were planning. Pretty much ignore that she has a boyfriend... Not to ignore it, but to show it is a non-issue to you (assuming that it is). Personally if she persists I would say something like "Well let me know when he lets you off of your leash and you are allowed to come play" Then I wouldn't respond again until she is going to go out. Yeah it's a little abrasive and kinda risky, but it also shows it's no big deal to you and that you think she should be free to have fun (good to get her thinking this way too). Also if you spend more than 30 sec coming up with your text you are taking to long and trying to hard.

We have been texting each other a lot. I'd flirt with her and stuff.. Role play her in random funny shit. Send her random text messages all the time.
She replies back saying "hella random" "what?? -___-" "LOL wtf?? " but I ignore it and flirt with her more.
She has said stupid stuff before to change the topic when I tried to plan to get a day2 with her but I know she's
