Dude you're doing just fine. Your FR journal is better than mine because you're actually engaging people when you're out solo most nights (I'm getting better at it but you're better than me so far). Don't stress about your progress, doing it solo takes longer but if you're CONSISTENT like you have been and keep knocking out 30 day challenge after 30 day challenge, all the shit you stress about will slowly self-correct. I'm on Day 7 of my 2nd 30 day challenge in a row to go out every night and I can already feel changes slowly seeping into my confidence and my mindset and my results.
And don't worry if someone comes in here and says "WTF man step your game up" - they don't remember what it was like or they didn't face the challenges you face. You're doing great, man. KEEP. GOING.

Went out to bars, did 4 approaches. Some nights it's good to just not expect anything (for me atleast) and just be satisfied with approaching. Last approach I told the girl I wanted to give her a birthday kiss, she said "uh no no no". Then I told her she was a lesbian. Also awkward elevator approach.

Getting sick, can feel the infection in throat escalating. Fuck. Why does my immune system suck so much huge balls. Anyway, raining out had to use umbrella. Went out solo for a little while, did approach in first bar, then in second bar, then on street, then in third bar did a few approaches: girls weren't opening all that well. One girl did though, I was very attracted to her but she had a bf right there. Few more approaches, got some awkward glances. Another street approach. PLEASE universe, don't make me more sick tomorrow, make me better overnight when I sleep.

-going home and pushing yourself to go back out. then throwing it. then realizing that it's not over and going out to the bar AGAIN. I actually have tears in my eyes right now, thinking about this intense struggle and picturing where it will get me if I push myself like you.
