Yeah dude this is a crazy concept, it is very revealing. It's also not something that is long term obviously but something short term to help us learn some shit. It's almost like having an instructor there because it points out what you're doing, to yourself. You can see what's going on, in observer mode, which is great b/c you know that Tolle talks about observing and being present. 

At times it is very hard to not try, like you do an approach and say "hey what's up" and the girl says "hey" and then she kinda wanders off. You want to do something to hold her there and continue the conversation, but I think for now in the short term it's good to just let it go. In this method, the interaction will last if the girl shows interest and keeps it going. It screens girls who are into you at the very beginning. It also makes things in general much easier b/c I don't have to worry about how my interactions are going to go in a night, or what I should do with girls or how I should try to pull them. The only thing to do is open, like "what's going on?" or "know any good bars?". And then I see what happens from there. 

At that point, it is kinda weird and crazy if I continue "not trying". It also gets confusing if I try not to try. Anyway the girl will be very intrigued, I won't be trying to over articulate answers to her questions, or I won't be searching for things to talk about, so the girl kinda feels pressure on her to keep the interaction going, so there is tension, and at this point I honestly don't know if I should continue this tension and weirdness b/c it's crazy man but it's a very interesting experiment (short term experimenting). But any tension is good tension imo. In the end I'm just trying to make things as easy as I can on myself.

Did some NG tonight. Just focused on approaching. Did a few quick approaches here and there. Not a great pool of girls out on tuesday tonite. Got back to bar near my place for one last approach. Ended up doing 2 more. First was 2 girl at high table. Asked 'em about good bars, and let the interaction just go without trying until the girl stopped investing. Then I approached girl outside, talked for a few miuntes, and tried to rooftop pull her, she said maybe later and went inside. I went inside and sat next to her at bar, we talked for like 30 minutes, I tried to apartment pull her as she said it was too cold for rooftop, she didn't go for it. In this interaction I was trying to see how much I should actually try, because not trying at all is EXTREMELY hard, especially if the interaction lasts for more than a few minutes. TBH, I started to try a little bit after a while. She was a cute cougar like 35, I would have loved to fuck her. I could have just kept not trying at all, but my body resisted way too hard to this, I think I was resisting presence in a way, like I was resisting my true self. It's like I'm not sure if that's a good idea to do that or not, b/c it's so different. Anyway, fun stuff b/c I'm trying out new shit. And i kinda almost pulled 2 girls to my place 2 nights in a row, last night worked for makeout, tonite she didn't go for it.

Went out and did a few quick approaches at some bars, then back home to eat ice cream. I'm addicted to ice cream right now, I've been eating like 1 pint a day, all day I think about ice cream. Shit!

I watched the Tyler videos that are in the this thread and I was like shit yea I want to go out and feel those good emotions which come from going out and talking to girls. I went back out to some bars, really focusing totally on "not trying". It's so against to what I feel like I should do, but man is it a totally different reality if you really go for it. It feels so much better and so much less stress, your brain starts to feel REALLY good. It's like your brain and body go back into their natural state whereas before you were raising your stress levels b/c of modern society. You can really generate momentum if you just trust this and TRY it. You open a girl and you feel your old self reverting to do something to try to get the girl but instead I just don't do that I don't try, and once you do a whole interaction with no effort and no trying at all, then it solidifies more into yourself. You also have the chillest interactions ever, just so chill like you're in liquid, like the air has turned to liquid. And if the girl gets pulled in it turns into a golden nimbus of light. 

So I did some approaches, they got a little longer as the night progressed, one girl who was slightly overweight but stil cute and fuckable seemed like a good chance but it didn't work out. 

I think I'm gonna go back out check out some clubs. I'll report back.
