I actually did exactly what you were doing and she ended up catching me. I luckily got the girl back and we've been doing an open relationship but are very close but trust me if its a girl you care for then dont cheat on her its not worth it and really fucks them up. She has trust issues with people and guys and uses guys as validation now to show that she's good enough....
It does once again to what you believe to be right and wrong but dont cheat, you're obviously a chode and keeping her just incase you can't get another gilr you have her as back up, not cool. Learned from my mistakes and wont do them again, but hey thats just my take on it

Cheating bad because it implies a lack of transparency and openness in a relationship. If you want to have outside partners, agree to outside partners or leave it unspoken but make it obvious that you are interested in other women. You don't have to formally negotiate it, as long as you keep her expectations in check. In our society, she's going to have these weird preconceptions about how all relationships have to be monogamsous to be mutually fulfilling, and she'll wrap up her emotions in this cultural programming. You're being sadistic by cheating, not because external partners are inherently negative, but because it screws with her mind given the cultural context. Really, who does that to another person?
Just about every girl does that to "another person" - guys. And I don't care that girls are cheating right and left, even married ones - really, it's actually cool. I assume the girls I've dated had other dudes around. They never let me catch them but I also wasn't really trying to catch them. Especially in the past few years, I don't really care. You don't owe anything to anyone and no woman owes you anything. This is the fucking jungle. Any other belief system, in my opinion, is just naive rationalization to protect the sacred hope alot of these guys have of marrying a girl that won't cheat on them. Good luck gentlemen but I'd rather face reality and have fun in the short time we have on this rock.__________________

Cheating is bad, because you are lying, if she knew you ere sleeping with other girls, then it would not be bad because you are not decieving/backstabbing/cheating behind someones back, it would be her choice weather to stay with you or not if youre gonna cary on sleeping with other chicks.
