Am i the only one that didnt enjoy the video? After watching i checked to see if everyone thought it was good. Everyone did. I didnt like it, is it because i already do what he suggest?...

I'll recommend not to watch this video if you make all the decisions in your life already...

Why would you doing what he suggests already make you not like it?

If I teach myself in real life how to make a meal and then see a video of how to do it on youtube aswell, does me knowing how to do it already mean that I won't like it?

Just because you already know something surely doesn't mean it's bad. Right?

I just blew off a meeting this morning that I didn't want to go to because of seeing this video.

The greatest thing about it...I have no regrets. I was pretty much being forced to go to this place, but I'm glad that I didn't.

Did you tell them you weren't going to come?

Were you needed there for any reason?

Is there anything you could have gained from going?

In the future try and be open about it with your boss or whatever. Like for this situation you could have called and said "I feel that it is unnecessary for me to attend this meeting unless you can give me a reason to go that I haven't thought of."

This way you instead of getting the reputation of "mr unreliable" people will see you as honest and assertive. This is real self-esteem.
