 Sorry to bump but I really needed to say something here. Having gone through both of Rob Brinded's courses (Code of the Natural AND Turn Her On), I just had to come here and say that Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement absolutely blows it out of the water. I dont know if this is the experience of everyone else, but this allows us to reach the end goal that Rob has in mind of retraining the nervous system within an hour for a body part for most people instead of a few weeks.

You wont find any crazy marketing for Feldenkrais about how better body language is gonna make you more attractive to women, but good body language AND movement is the end result of both of them. Rob talks about have 3D movement. Its already implied in Feldenkrais. I feel like Im selling something but I dont have anything to sell here.

It makes you feel good on the inside by changing the outside. That said, this shit isnt a magic pill and you still need to not be a and approach girls. End of. YOU NEED TO APPROACH THIS IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE. For those who wanna do this to get the validation of people looking at them or being that guy who walks into a room and all eyes on him, quit being a validation seeking bitch.

Honestly though, this shit is legit. Not a magic pill, but makes you feel damn smooth and relieves bodily tension better than anything else Ive ever done (including David Berceli's Trauma Releasing Exercises). Ive only been doing it for 3 days so theres probably a lot more to it, but the tension Ive had in my shoulders for forever was gone after the first session, which is probably why Im ranting about this.

 Feldenkrais sounds interesting. Book, course etc?  What are you learning from lala?

 I started from the Relaxercise program. Each track is only 20 minutes long. I think its really geared for beginners, but its really doing the trick nicely.

Hi guys

I bought hie e-book a while age and have been doing exercises, but his site is down now, and i dont remeber all of them clealy.

Did any of you have this videos anywhere?(as i recall there was option to dowload them, stupid me, i didnt do this)

Will really appreciate any help with this.

Especially looking for Thumb, Lunge matrix and abs matrix exercises, as i almost dont remeber them

yea this is fun stuff, did it for like 2 days and already got massive results lol. Walked into my classroom on the second day and I had streched is the morning and the whole class got quiet for some reason lol. Could be coincidence but whatever
