Quick video I wanted to post before I go play :)

-  Why understand the bigger picture
-  God subject
-  Perception & Interpretation
-  Power & Control
-  Planning & Focus (Most informative for most on here)
-  His Kundalini Experience
-  Data & Interpretation

P.S...As you can see this is coming from a more logical and scientific standpoint due to this guy being a physician who works for nasa in his day to day life.

P.S.S...If you ever have time to watch all of the Q&A you should, it's real good although you might need to understand his model of reality first. The THIRD PART is abit extreme for most to hear but very interesting and would motivate you to explor consciousness for yourself.

oh my god I now remember all the little instances where I HAVE astral projected when i was younger, but just thought it was a bad dream.

I remember one time very clearly, after a long flight from Sydney to LA, we stayed in the airport hotel. I was about 11-12. It was hard for me to sleep, I was so tired from the flight but yet excited about America at the same time. I remember trying to fall asleep so I can wake up and go explore america the next day. I don't remember what happened next, but I could clearly feel my body floating up from my bed, something trying to pull me up, and me struggling and trying to pull myself backdown towards the bed. I didn't realize I was dreaming at the time, and it felt so real. After some instense struggling I won and managed to pull myself back down. I woke up instantly thinking it was a nightmare. This might or might not be me astrally projecting, I'll never know?

I know from my psychology class that when we sleep a hormone is released that makes us paralysed so that we do not move in our sleep.  There is actually a disease where some people can not produce and release this paralysing hormon in their bodies right before they fall asleep. Thereby, (there are videos of this and its kind of funny/sad) of people acting out their dreams in bed physically. Like the guy is dreaming of hitting a hammer against a wall and wakes up to their wife screaming because they are punching the crap out of her.

Another thing from my psychology class. U know that wooshing feeling u get right after u wake up sometimes and it feels like a rollercoaster ride going downhill. I'v heard spiritual ppl say that its ur soul returning to your body. But psychology dictates that this happens when ur touch senses goes offline but ur balance sense remains online. Thereby, u feel like ur falling. Ur touch is offline so u dont feel the bed under you. Ur balance is on and doesn't know where your weight is because ur touch is offline. Thereby, ur body concludes that your falling and gives u the falling sensation.

SO yeah, it might have been astral projection.  Just wanted to tell u guys about the scientific data out there regarding the stages of sleep and such. It might not have been astral projection. But IDk, u be the judge.

EDIT: Forgot to mention my main point!!! (cuz im a dumbass). So yeah, i wrote all that to tell u that you could be experiencing Sleep apnea. The things i wrote above are symptoms of sleep apnea. If you dont feel rested during the day and have ever fallen asleep while driving on more then one occasion, then u should actually consider seeing a doc. Just thought u should know.

As for entering other dimensions. I remember the day when i first connected with my yoga master n he put me into another state of mind. The next day was possibly one of the scariest and worst days of my life. I would be walking around school with people yelling, the cars honking, the busses taking off, and i would hear none of it. Instead, i would hear the crickets chirping and the birds singing...at 2 pm in the afternoon with all the noise happening (n e thing related to nature no matter soft the sound was). I was in a completly different real of being. Personally, i freaked the fuck out n called it quites. I found the whole thing by accident btw. Thats pretty much all i ever did with it. I guess im too big of a coward.

I personally feel there is a scientific explanation for everything.  I also think the woo woo crystal-worshippy terminology like "Astral Projection" sounds too cool not to use it.

OH yeah i know one guy who did this naturally while on acid. He freaked the fuck out cuz he thought that he had O.D.ed on the acid and hence died. He was standing over his body looking down for a good 4 to 5 minutes stuck there. He kept trying to return to his body but it wouldn't work.  He was stuck in the sky. Eventually, the acid trip stopped n he slowly but surly lyed back down over his body and merged back into the physical world. Trippy shit. He quite drugs after that lol
