why does this happen espeically when learning how to be with chicks,

When I go gym or cardio I GO HARD.
When I play a sport or a computer I GO HARD.
When I go sparring I GO HARD

So I know I ain't no wuss.
But when it comes to girls I do likr 10-5% action and the rest theory, when it should be the opther fucking way around!

Someone explain this to me, am I really that scared?

Because you didn't use the same psychological mechanisms that help you go HARD in other areas of your life.

This may help you: http://www.rsdnation.com/node/158652

You can try to purge yourself, ie you take massive action and cut all theory and forum dwelling, for a good 30 days, or even 60 days. Guaranteed results.

You are worried about rejection from women getting you out of state. There is no risk to your ego or sense of self in doing the other stuff.

motivation comes and improves from 'doing'
not from reading or even learning

That's kind of a poor chicken-or-the-egg evaluation I think.  Watching RSD's catalogue motivated me to DO because it broke everything down to me so it was digestible and not so confusing and frightening.

THEN when I started doing, I CONTINUED to learn and make personal distinctions and shit but when I just went out and DID and knew not of any theory, I was just being a fucking chode and I was proving to myself every time that I was just a chode with big balls.  Now I have a couple of months of studying theory under my belt and I'm less of a chode and I know I'm headed in the right direction.

But the theory came first.  The rest was just directionless proving-to-myself-that-i-suck-but-"at least i have big balls!".  I was MOTIVATED to acquire the cliche "getting this area of my life handled", so I discovered theory.  The theory motivated me to act with purpose and direction.  Both keep me going.

This and that emotional pain. The rest are physical pain, but I've always had emotional pain from my father and stuff so it's all, generally I can be a emotional bitch, but wtf this shit needs to get sorted out,

It depends on the person but yeah there is a risk to ego in sports, etc.  If you suck one game you might hurt you and get you down, etc.  Just saying.

unconcious incompetence - sucking with chicks while holding a delusional self image of being the ultimate pimp
concious incompetence - realizing that you have stuff you aren't perfect at, your blindspots become self-evident (sounds like the headspace of your post)
concious competence - re-adjusting your behavior and making an effort to re-configure your thoughts/actions into empowering you to progress and press forward
unconcious competence - where you can just trust yourself to lighten up and BE, without always focusing on your behavior/actions/thoughts/etc....

climb that mountain one step at a time. it's the things that happen along the way that make the journey so incredible...
