There are like 50 bars/clubs with no cover right next to each other.

Fuck man, welcome to Austin! .... 6th street near I-35 is the 'dirty 6th' ....
Then you will graduate to 'west 6th' ... places like The Ranch, Union Park, Molotov, Annie's West, and J-Blacks are a little more classy on the other end of 6th
Then there's 5th street, places like The Madison, Lucky Lounge ... then the warehouse district, like all the places on Congress st like Gruv, Suite 101, Lenai and further down like Qua ... there's more than 6th street, but it will take some time to explore the whole downtown area.

Dude 5th and 6th st. in Austin on Fri. and Sat. night is one of the greatest places to game in the country. TONS of hot college girls. Also, about an hour and 15 min. south is San Anton, I wouldn't recommend going to pick up chix there, as there all fat, but the Riverwalk down there is unbelievably cool. Definitely an amazing place to bring a girl on like a day 4 or something (too far away for a day 2, she might get creepd out). You're gunna have a lot of fun there for sure.

What are some good clubs/bars? I live downtown near the water.
