Self seeking is an elaborate term for sucking good feelings from the enviorment, if you are trying to re-afirm your sense of self through the reactions you get, you are self seeking in the enviorment, instead of knowing who teh fuck you are.
Once this becomes internalized, there is no more ego to fear, and I will be free as a freesbee.
PS:BTW I just came up with a great thought on reference experiences and how to go about them.

I agree with everything u say except the part where u say u have to feel good all the time. 1) This can lead to the ternmoil of not approaching when u feel bad and resisiting ur bad feelings which makes it worse. 2) In my experience, i'v done just as well feeling bad. An emo girl who is addicted to bad feelings would value bad feelings more then good ones. Not to mention that girls also like to be well rounded off in their emmotions. So if they have a BF whoes always feelings very good, ur bad feelings can actually help complete her and hence she finds it attractive.
So yeah, good or bad feelings dont matter. We choode to feel good for us, not to pick up chicks. I'v dont just was well on some nights where i was not in state and feelings bad. I still pulled, kind of. But, i didn't have sex with her cuz i didn't feel like it. Wasn't a fun night. The good feelings are for us. U can feel like shit and still pull. I personally recommend u feel good though cuz u dont want to attract fucked up ppl in ur life.

Stop practicing, start feeling good about your life. Get rid of ur insecurities. There is no such thing as one sure way to get every girl. This thread pwnz. I've read so many threads on this site that seem like useless repititive dribble, but this one is awesome. It's simple enough to understand, it reinforces the whole "giving value" and it comes from within thing in a better way. Yeah good shit.

I've totally lost touch with that though over the years because of a few fucked up experiences I had. I really want to regain it.
How does one train himself mentally to self-generate good feelings? Meditation? Is there any practical ways, I know enriching your life is a start, but yeah.
