How To Become Multi-Orgasmic

I would say that training myself to do this was what took my sex life (And relationship) to the next level.

Imagine being able to last as long as you want in bed.

Imagine girls being in awe of you and asking if you're some kind of superhero.

Imagine feeling an orgasm 5x as strong as you are feeling now.

Something close to this reality is possible when you train yourself to be multi-orgasmic.

Unfortunately, this area has been muddled up by spiritual foo foo. The only books on this subject are loaded with tantra, energy circulation and pseudo-science.

That's too bad, because it prevents people from taking this seriously.

I now present to you a step-by-step guide of how to become multi-orgasmic stripped of all the wierd stuff. If you really dig this stuff, then I do encourage you to look into the tantric and daoist frames on it.

What being multi-orgasmic is and is not

Becoming multi-orgasmic is basically training yourself to expand the space between orgasm and ejaculation to where you can orgasm without ejaculating.

The way to conceptualize this is to think of orgasm as what your body feels right now when you cum and ejaculation is the spasm in your genitals that shoots out your semen.

When you become multi-orgasmic, you will be able to feel the pleasure of orgasm without the drainage of ejaculation.

Now, an orgasm without an ejaculation does not give you the same high... initially. Where it becomes powerful is that you can have more than one, and each time they build on each other and become more and more powerful.

So not only will you be able to sex up your woman without worrying about prematurely ejaculating, but you'll experience much greater pleasure yourself.

It really is awesome.

The Process

Like learning how to become successful with women, getting in shape and becoming wealthy, becoming multi-orgasmic is the end result of consistent habits and practice.

It happens after months of training. This is the consistent testomonial of people who actually do it.

There are three steps:
1. Expanding your arousal
2. Solo Training (Elite Masturbation ;-))
3. Partner Training

Step 1: Expanding your arousal

The French call orgasm le petite mort- the little death. That's what you feel when you cum. Your arousal builds... and builds... and builds... then, pow! and it all comes crashing down.

The first step is becoming aware of the stages of your arousal.

First, there is...

Local arousal- your genital area is aroused, happen when you are begining to anticipate boobies

At some point, this local arousal spreads to your head then to your entire body. This is called...

When you masturbate, be aware of your transition from local arousal to full arousal, and then notice when you reach the point of no return. Notice how you cum and then orgasm.

Anyway, orgasm triggers ejaculation, not the other way around. That's the message of this part.

Step 2: Solo Training

All right, time for bootcamp. And like any good bootcamp, it's going to be filled with masturbating.

The solo training portion is to "rewire" yourself to orgasm without ejaculating.

For the first 2 sessions, really hone down your awareness. Really notice that lag between orgasm and ejaculation.

On your third session we begin doing new stuff. I want you to get as close as possible to the point of no return and then STOP

For 10 seconds.

It's that's simple: get to the point of no return, stop for 10 seconds, and then continue and ejaculate.

Easy enough? It shouldn't be. In fact, you should mess up and ejaculate before you stop.

That's OK. In fact, you're probably not going far enough if you don't screw up on your first attempts.

It took me 6 tries to actually get it right.

The point of this is to stop as close as humanly possible to the PONR. When you pause for 10 seconds at the right moment, something amazing happens.

You can feel your heart beating, you have a rush to your head and you feel in total bliss.

It's a mini orgasm.

When you feel that, you're at the right place.

If you notice your hard on softening, it's a good sign that you've waited long enough.

After you do it successfully, practice stopping three times per session before ejaculating. Keep expanding both the duration of your stoppage (Expanding from 10-30 seconds) and the number of stoppages (3...4...5...6...).

You're retraining an ancient physical reflex that once you start down the path to ejaculating, there's no return.

Frustration gives way to a horniness that rides the orgasmic wave.

With practice, your climaxes will get more and more intense.

You need at least 7 successful solo sessions before your body is appropriately rewired.

You have mastered your solo training when you can not only orgasm without ejaculating, but also walk away without ejaculating at all and feel totally satisfied.

At this point, your body has been properly rewired.

The new orgasms are more like powerful earthquakes than a controlled demolition.

Step 3: In The Field


Now you're ready to do it with a real girl.

In your first session, make sure you're in a position that gives you the most thrust control (missionary or doggy style) and take it slow!

Oh, and apply your solo training!

As you feel the PONR approach, I want you to do three action simultaneously.
1. Vibrate your pelvis
2. Tighten your whole body
3. Clench your PC muscles repeatedly like you're pumping semen

You do all three of these things automatically when you cum now. By consciously doing them simultaneously during sex, you actually trigger an orgasm...

...but without ejaculating.

Well, so long as you aren't at the PONR. Because actual sex feels so much better, you might ejaculate it if you do all three too close to the PONR.

The first time you do this, you will probably be so distracted by the maneuver that you won't feel anything. It took me 3 tries before I actually felt it.

The perks of doing this


Alright, so this might sound a little complicated and you are probably thinking "why would I do this?"

Well, the payoffs are enormous.

Sex becomes entirely under your control, which means you have the sexual control to be the best lover you possibly can.

It will add intimacy because your performance concerns- which results in willing your way through sex- are gone.

Sex becomes opening a blooming a woman as opposed to performing for her.

In addition, there's an important psychological shift that will help you with just about every area of your life.

Do you have to do it so gradually?

What if you start going to the point of no return and stopping 4 or 5 times when you start to do this?

 OK, I'm on day 3 of this. I've skimmed threw Multi-Orgasmic Man but this seems to be the sparks note version of it? am I correct?

anyways, my solo session last night lasted an hour+ but I have a feeling I'm doing it wrong. I feel like I'm building up and stopping before there is no return and trying to calm myself after each try. So, I have a feeling I'm stopping too soon? god damn this is a lot of work. lol.

ANS: to stop at jsut before the point of return means to squeeze your PC by the first time you feel a contraction. a little seaman might come out but thats ok. you need to do kegals to have a strong PC to do this.

His book successfully guided me through this process. My guide is in large part a sparknote of his book with a removal of unnecessary concepts and some things that personally worked for me.

Tantra is a lot of things. Tantric sexual practice does require you to become multi-orgasmic, but there is a lot more to it than that.

You can try. I was personally only successful when I listened to everyone and took the gradual approach laid out in the OP.

What will happen naturally is that over the course of the training you will become better able to handle more and more pleasure.

In David Deida's book "Wild Nights," Deida says that ejaculation results from an excess of energy building up and then then finding a release via your penis (like shaking a bottle of coke and then opening it). To become multi-orgasmic, you need to be able to circulate the "energy" around so that the pressure doesn't build up.

One thing I found was that it is more psychological than physical, which is why I didn't bother including the Kegal exercise stuff.

To really sum it all up, the training is about becoming super aware of your levels of arousal so you can sustainably raise it and rewiring your physiology to seperate orgasm from ejaculation.
