THE FORUMS
Yeah dude, that sounds about right. 2 weeks was when I started to fall apart. I was trying to pull every freaking night though.
At least you're able to get a nap in, that should help some. On some nights I'd recommend chilling out a bit. Go out, do your approaches, then hit the sack earlier than 2pm so you can catch up on some sleep. I wish I had done that.
As far as day2s go, I didn't have much time for them. Your mileage may vary though, esp during the weekends (day dates I suppose). I just collected an ass load of numbers then started pecking em off after the challenge was over.

Some of the Sydney crew wanna do a 30 day challenge when Uni goes on a break - I don't really see the point - I'll be going out at least 5 nights a week and possibly 6 some weeks so what's the use in killing yourself -
There's a point of diminishing returns in my opinion - I was feeling a bit fucked from just doing 5 - 6 nights a week and working early mornings - having 4 hours sleep at night then 3 hour naps when I got home. So what do you really expect =P

I go out a lot.
Maybe keep couple of nights to game very chill so you can relax a little bit. Also avoid drinks which can stress your body up. You don't have to stay until closing time !
Futhermore, perhaps one of the points of a 30 day challenge is to get sloppy so that you stop overgaming. Also builds outcome independence cause you'll just not be pulling every time and you'll eventually become okay with that and find ways to just enjoy going out.

When I did my 30 day challenge last summer, I was getting burned out at the 2 week mark too. You realized that all the clubs play the exact same music and its frick'n tiring. Thats me having no job and waking up at noon every day.
I recommend you go and work out for extra energy. "the more energy you spend, the more energy you get" or something like that by Frank Covey. Also, i don't know if you drink or not, but don't. It'll make you more productive the next day and it'll make the 30days cheaper financially.
also, aim at SNLs unless you have a lot of free time.
hope this helps and keep on going.

Hey let's go out tomorrow, after tomorrow, friday and saturday, and chill on sunday. Montreal go hard.
My biggest sticking point is my reaction time. Gotta go get that girl as soon as I see her or I lose momentum.

Question for guys who go out....
I am putting this in the FR section cause I know only guys who go out will read this.
Me And the local RSD boys have been hardcore going out since our NYC hotset seminar. I am 14 days through my first 30 day challenge. My body is sore, and my mind is becoming tired. I actually find my skills are becoming less sharp.
Right now I finish work at 6pm,
come home and sleep for 4 hours
then go to the club at 11pm
and come home and sleep at 2am.
Im trying to keep it up but damn, how do you guys manage? And how do you fit in Day2’s with the girls you meet?
