Honestly, I'm 5'8", and I constantly get checked out by taller girls. But I don't care, and see no problem with it, so they don't.

Then again, a few years ago I did care, and it did affect it. It's all about self acceptance.

Ad Rock from the Beastie Boys- like 5'6" and the most pimp cat ever. So many other examples (ie Tom Cruise, etc). In a weird way if you just accept it it makes you COOLER, as the taller guy may be confident simply b/c he fits a certain standard of beauty or whatever.

Bottom line is that it easier to feel comfortable when you are bigger.

Are you gonna be more at ease around a big wild dog or a small wild cat?
Dude, it seriously does't matter.

After you start being successful with taller woman, you'll realize it was all in your head.
Obviously height matters, but its just an obstacle.

i was listening to a talk radio show this morning , they were talking about height when i was listening, and a few girls called in and were asked if they would or have dated a guy shorter than them and they all said no way.

I know girls who have sworn the same and ended up dating shorter guys. If you ask them about it they'll say "no way, there's no way I would ever date a guy shorter than me.... EVER...."

Then when they're dating a much shorter guy and you remind them, they say "I know, well... still, I would never ever date a shorter guy, I'm serious.. well except <shorter guy who she's dating's name>, but he's an exception..."

What girls *think* they want (social conditioning or in logic mode) isn't always the same as what they want emotionally.
