This post is inspired by one I saw on another forum. Very valuable.

This community is all about self improvement, progress - whether it be fast or slow is great as long as it is positive.

So tell me about the past 12 months you've just had. What were the highlights? Where do you feel that you have grown? What realisations have you come to?

Anything along these lines..

It can be as simple as "I improved my AA and now I can approach a girl when i'm attracted to her", or it could be something along the lines of "I'm happy that because of xyz this year I now have multiple girls in my life".

We are all at different stages in our own journey, and this is a great post to reflect on the last 12 months of your life and admire some of the great things you've done. Don't worry about sounding big headed. The replies should not be coming from a place of ego, but a place of positive self reflection of your achievements.

Also, and very importantly.. what are your goals for 2010? How do you think you can take your progress already made, and step it up to the next level?

I'll go first:

2009 was a great year for me. I lived in Vancouver and for the first time moved in with community guys; some of whom were beginning their journey, and some who were working with clients a couple times a week. Regardless of their abilities they were my best friends.

I became a lot more centred in 2009. It’s a great feeling when you know your own strengths and your weaknesses and accept them for what they are. I think that it has helped me a lot when I’m talking to new girls as they feel I am comfortable in who I am, and thus they are more comfortable around me.

I had a few different open relationships and flings between January and May, and after those fizzled out or came to an end (usually through an unsuccessful ultimatum) I developed new open relationships which lasted me all the way through to October.

Throughout the summer it was the first time that I was juggling four/five different girls at once, which was a new experience for me and one that I had only dreamed of before I found the community.

It’s great to think that when I was hitting the town hard, four or five nights a week the persistence paid off and now I only need to go out every now and then and I still have more sex than ever.

Although whilst saying that, after returning from Canada in October I have taken a back seat in the community in terms of meeting new girls, starting relationships and having sex.

Towards the end of my tether in Canada I started to get bored with sex and wasn’t getting the same warm feelings afterwards, regardless of the attractiveness or emotions related to each girl.

Thus, I am currently going celibate for a couple months to get my sexual drive back and my appreciation for each stage with a girl. Making out through to sex.

A lot of great stories, great memories and fantastic improvements in 2009.

My goals for 2010 are to get my love back for meeting new women and getting to know them intimately and physically. Move back to Vancouver and start helping my friend out with his clients, and look into starting my own business out there with him.

Re-ignite some old flames and find some more. Continue to sleep with a high standard of girls.

That was my year and my goals:

I started off the year in a relationship with a real sweet, pretty hot (albeit emotionally fucked up) girl who I was a real douchebag to. Needless to say she decided she'd had enough after a while, but I gathered she was about to break up with me so I did it first. Was pretty bummed out. Got over that, but didn't do my first approaches on the dancefloor in September, approached inconsistently throughout October & November. Bank balance hit rock bottom in December so didn't really go out at all (although I've got enough money to last me the holidays now).

Only really recently started hitting this stuff properly to be totally honest.

Great (stolen) Idea.

I quit the United States Military Academy in April and left to go to Europe. Twice. It was amazing =]. Spent the month of June in the middle of nowhere in some desert in California with a Reservist unit. and then moved to Boulder, CO on 15JUL09 to go to CU Boulder. Having a blast now =]

United States Military Academy = Sucks
Civilian College + Girls = Fun

Well my biggest thing I guess was losing my virginity.  I mean I went from almost prude to that, I'm pretty happy about it.  Also I have passed the halfway mark of my weight goal.  Gained 30lbs. so far, 15lbs. to go.  Got way better with women, and men actually, as far as gaining friends and such goes.   Went through a lot of bad things too, was probably one of the best and worst years of my young life thus far lol.  Lost one of my best friends, that was probably the worst part.  But life goes on.  Tons of things to accomplish next year.

Very uneventful year when it come to my professional life and fitness but probably one of the most important years of my life because I found RSD.

Highlights:
1. Found RSD in August. Completely changed my life. Started sociallizing much much much more.
2. Got a new job as a waiter. (Its been a slow year.)
